We had a wonderful stay. The pool area overlooks the mountains. From the bedroom in 4th floor you get a peek to the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and really pretty.
We walked to the Luquillo Kiosks and to the Balneario. At night is dark for this walk so car is better.

This is a beautiful new hotel, very convenient for the beaches and food kiosks. The breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The reception staff are very helpful. Our only downside is the quality of the evening food offer. Served in plastic boxes with plastic cutlery. Sometimes the bar tender wasn’t around for ordering drinks. Improving this aspect would turn a good stay into a superb stay.

The property’s strategic location and proximity to
shops, restaurants, and San Juan, the staff is simply phenomenal offering great customer service and willingness to help in every way. This is a great place to stay at the island. Looking forward to go back soon.

The stay was fine.
Parking is expensive. The breakfast items ran out much earlier every day and they would not replace it and just say sorry which is not acceptable.
