很好的酒店，在Matera
的中心區域，非常方便。按照酒店的路程指引，到達主教堂廣場打電話給酒店，酒店會派人來幫助提行李，因為有台階，所以非常需要行李服務。客房內部設施齊全，浴室現代裝修，設備都很好，居住舒適。酒店服務也很好。關鍵是玩Matera ，全部需要步行，上上下下，酒店位置方便也很重要。因為酒店本身客房數量很少，因此價格相對合理，畢竟需要配備一定規模的服務設施。如酒店餐廳（圖一）非常棒。因為在那裡吃二頓早餐，所以沒有選擇晚餐。去了Matera 的唯一一個米其林一星餐廳（圖5），因為是米其林，所以價格高也算情理之中，但遺憾的是花了套餐150歐元/人，居然衹有七分飽，形式和內容不平衡，非常失望。總之，這家酒店值得推薦。米其林智者見智1

We loved our stay at Palazzo del Duca Matera. The location is perfect and has an incredible view across the ravine. The bed was big and comfy, the room was bright and luxurious. The staff really made our stay special, everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and quietly pampered. The breakfast buffet is THE best we have ever had, with a huge variety of beautifully home-baked pastries and other items. Dinner was also outstanding. Each dish was unique and local and full of flavor, and the dining room is in a romantic and peaceful cave. My husband complimented me on finding this hotel.

Beautiful views from balcony, very comfortable bed, very nice shower, very nice and friendly people, friendly staff. Since we arrive to the hotel, staff were very helpful and accommodating since booking our taxy, suggesting tours we can go and place where to visit (since is our first time in Matera, can be a bit confusing at first) they made easier for us. Palazzo del Duca was a brilliant first stop on our visit to the Basilicata and Puglia regions. We started in Matera and were rewarded with the comfort and beauty of this hotel. The staff were attentive and the property with partial cave dwelling was a wonderful experience. The view of Sassi was spectacular. And we enjoyed the hike across the suspension bridge as well as exploring the narrow streets. Bellissimo!

A charming small hotel with beautiful views of the Parco Regionale della Murgia, delicious breakfasts and very nice staff, always ready to help and willing to meet the needs of guests. Delicious a' la carte restaurant. I will be happy to visit it again.

Suite 101, simply the best hotel room we've ever stayed in (and we've travelled a lot) We are wondering how we'll survive back at home without a jacuzzi! So nice to wander the streets and come back in the afternoon for a refreshing dip. The staff are so friendly and helpful too.

Although not the easiest place to find. The room we had was excellent. The view of the sunrise was awesome and you get to see the caves clearly. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. the breakfast spread was so delicious and of course the coffees were the best. Definitely a place we wish to come back to.

We stayed here for two wonderful nights and days. It is very a brand new hotel with gorgeous rooms and views. The rooms were so stunning with a mix of glamour and a touch of Matera. Giuseppe and Giovanna were wonderful hosts helping us with restaurant reservations and day tours. We are looking forward to coming back!! Bring comfy shoes since the is some walking involved.

I am very happy and honored to rate this hotel with an excellent experience. 1️⃣The hotel is very clean. 2️⃣The hotel front desk service is very professional and enthusiastic (they will introduce local specialties to me before check-in) 3️⃣About breakfast (I like the taste of desserts very much. It is worth noting that when checking in, they asked me if there was anything inedible in breakfast Food, very attentive) 4️⃣Pet-friendly (check-in will charge a certain fee depending on the size of the dog. In a four-star hotel, their prices are reasonable) 5️⃣Dinner, since pets are not allowed in the restaurant, we chose to have dinner in the room, the hotel's Room service was very professional, dinner was delicious and I highly recommend their desserts! 👍6️⃣Due to the structure of the room, the signal was a little weak during check-in. I made suggestions at night and I got their reply and help immediately. ⚠️A subtle suggestion: the yogurt for breakfast needs to have a clearly labeled flavor. In order to choose a flavor that suits you😊For this reason, I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion, this is one of the few true four-star hotels.
