Very conveniently located as it's adjoining to a big mall where one has everything. The staff are nice too, breakfast ok. But the room quality not good, interior not spacious and uneasy to place one‘s belonging. Bed comfy and TV didn't work. Price is great.

I have visited Voila 4 times already and enjoyed my stay each time! What stands out for me are the little things...when the restaurant management are warm and kind when I request some honey and fresh milk to take to my room that I may make a nice cup of tea in my room. I am here for business and spend many hours working late in my room and don't have the time to sit in the restaurant to order tea. The breakfast could do with more fresh vegetables (sliced cucumber, red peppers, baby tomatoes) and perhaps some salmon. The hotel has been beautifully renovated since my previous stay - but the showers need some TLC - black mold in the grout between the tiles. the staff are always so friendly!!! Thank you!

Terrific staff, bountiful and delicious breakfast, great, quiet rooms with tons of birdsong if you crack your window. Located right next to the bus stop and the mall, so convenient location, too! The staff went above and beyond in answering questions, offering transportation options and providing good tourist recommendations, and were very nice and polite while doing so!

Good day Voila Hotel, Thank you for having me again at your hotel. It's definitely a great service and enjoyed my short stay there. However I would mention the very cold manners of the receptionists at times. Not pointing fingers at anyone but having worked in the hospitality industry I know for a fact that we always want to make the customers comfortable to asks for services or share issues to the receptionist. I felt like I was annoying them whenever I asked for very basic services (asking for toothpaste, making sure the taxi was on time, etc) Other than that, Le Voila Hotel is great, Would recommand it to anyone looking for a good value and well located hotel. Great hotel for business trips, convenient location, friendly service and spacious modern rooms. Food is good quality, just remember to order your sides separately as everything is an add-on. Experience has been good over many years. Only issue I've found recently is the gym - weights are reasonable, but the elliptical and running machines are either in a bad state of repair or not working. Otherwise highly recommended for business trips.

No door on bathroom. No privacy. Very primitie and only slightly cheaper than high end hotels. No plug in the basin. We had to leave. A number of unsavoury characters hanging around for an hour or three. Hoping for a refund.
