Lovely place and lovey view- the rooms open up onto the sea. The breakfast was lovely and on the terrace. The offering in the evening was also varied and very good. The hotel is modern with some art and it is right on the beach. A true winner

Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Christmas they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again

We had a fantastic week here at the end of November. We booked a sea view suite and requested a higher floor, all was perfect. The hotel and rooms are all beautiful and very clean. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice of food was amazing, even a gluten free stand. The pools are beautiful, and one of the large pools is heated. Plenty of sun beds available all day so no reason to get up early, even the Bali beds are often available and free of charge. The staff are all very welcoming and seem very happy in their work. Beautiful beach just outside the hotel. There is a small shopping centre a 5 minute walk away with some nice shops and a large supermarket, there are a few restaurants too. The main resort is about a 15 minute walk away with lots of eating places and bars, plenty of choice for everyone. I would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful holiday, thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday enjoyable.

I always read reviews here to see what to expect from a hotel, so my expectations were set high given the good reviews. We stay in hotels as sympathise with the people of Spain especially on these small islands, of not being able to find accommodation due to the buying up of properties to rent out as holiday lets, the government shouldn't allow this, we've the same problem in tourist towns in Scotland. Reception...We found the male members of staff on reception to more friendly and helpful than the female, they need to rethink how they come across, the girl with the plait in her hair could be more friendly toward all guests no matter their country of origin, as only Spanish guests were ever given a smile, we found her very sullen at the restaurant while swiping your card on every occasion she was present. Room...This was fine, clean and presentable, the bed is very firm, if this isn't your preference ask for a mattress topper. there is a hair dryer but it's really awkward to use having to hold down quite sharp button to keep it working, if you have any problems with your hands I advise bringing your own, there a small fridge containing 2 bottles of water on arrival, there after refill in the restaurant, there's also sparkling if you prefer. The cleaners worked very hard at keeping the room and every area of the hotel clean. Restaurant....This is where we really disagree with earlier reviews, if you're a decent cook and eat well, you're going to be disappointed. The food is VERY bland, why the lack of garlic, herbs and spices? It's very repetitive, the meats often unlabelled, I've now decided after many attempts despite excellent reviews on here AI isn't for us, seems reviews rely on the quality of food people are used to, can't be very good if they think the food here is delicious. the self serve drinks of white, red ,rose wine were fine as was the sangria and beer. The coffee machine is only on at breakfast not lunch or dinner which I found strange and annoying, maybe so you won't hang around after dinner and vacate your table? Coffee was available in the bar though it wasn't as good, the cocktails were 5/10. The restaurant can get very busy especially after 9am if the hotel is full to the point there isn't enough tables and people have to wait. To management we did notice a morning there seemed to be little to no staff on and it was carnage, something had definitely happened that day involving staff, the guy that was on running around dripping sweat trying to keep up. Entertainment.... The entertainment guys are nice and very good with kids, during the day a few games, with a little music but not for long, sometimes there were good singers at night, plus a game of bingo, it could be better. Overall.....it's a 7 out of 10 can't go 4 out of 5 above, a clean tidy hotel with mediocre food, self catering or B&B maybe the better option, also if the drinks had as much alcohol as poured you'd be legless, you couldn't even taste it. Forget about all the negative comments on here & make your own decision. I was sceptical after reading some of the comments about this hotel before booking, but found none of them valid. Sure, you could find fault in some places, but overall this hotel met my every expectation. The room was very spacious & extremely comfortable, with amazing views of the beach area. The bathroom was very clean & had an amazing walk in shower. The restaurant choice was really good, the seaside grill & nebilio were our favourite & the food was amazing. The main market cafe, was just ok, but breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a good choice & good quality. The entertainment at night was, in my opinion just ok & was really disappointing that the night club was closed for some reason? Overall, I really enjoyed our time here & would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in this hotel.

Despite us visiting in mid November and expecting little to be going on as were out of season, we were pleasantly surprised to see there was still activities going on and the weather was fantastic the whole week. We hired a car for the week and I would strongly advise others to do the same if you’re able to. There is a free bus from the resort to Corralejo but having a car gives you the freedom to come and go as you please and also gives you the opportunity to see more of the beautiful island. There is also plenty of places to park if you do hire a car. The resort seemed to be clean and well maintained aside from most of the pavements being cracked, not an issue for us but I could see it causing problems for young children and those with mobility issues. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safe not opening after we typed the correct code in and someone was sent out to fix it straight away and the issue was soon resolved. We decide to go self catering but on our first evening we paid the €22 to eat at the restaurant that is included if you do go all inclusive. We only had our dinner there once so I can’t speak for what it’s like all the time but we were disappointed with the lack of variety, a lot of it being carbs and not very warm. I will say we were more impressed by the selection of desserts they had and also by the drinks. On two mornings of our trip we paid €14 to eat at there again for breakfast and were very impressed, they had plenty of variety, it was hot, delicious and good value for money. Mavericks is the Italian restaurant on site, we ate there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it, good value for money and fast service. We also used the onsite shop a few times and whilst more expensive than other shops we visited on our trip, it was convenient and they sold all the essentials. Our apartment was clean, cosy and quite homely. The sofa bed was quite loud and uncomfortable, my friends said they had back ache after sleeping on it for a week, the bed in the master bedroom was the exact opposite however. Overall a lovely stay, we would all come back and would recommend to others, none of us have children so I can’t speak for what the activities are like for them but the children we did see seemed to be enjoying themselves.
