Just an average hotel Was ok for over stay clean bed and bathroom Breakfast was basic but ok good waffle

Dirty & poor quality. Our room wasn’t clean. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in 2 weeks, the bathroom definitely needed scrubbed& the lamps were dirty and falling apart. Definitely needed tightened

Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. However the hallways were SOO loud at all hours of the night and my room had no hot water

The smoking in other rooms was so horrible. It smelled awful in our room all night. We will not be going back.

Friendly check in. Room was super clean. Very pleased. Bathroom and shower very small. But clean.

I liked that the room and amenities were more than adequate for my needs. I don't want over the top accomodations for a one night stay. Hurray!!

I was lied to and my headset was stolen. I say stolen because a person can't leave a $200 headset in a room at 4 a.m., then be told they aren't there at 10 a.m. when no one else has been in the room except housekeeping. I'm not surprised, but still pissed off. I'll be sure to pass on the warning to everyone I know about this hotel.

Rooms were very dirty and not clean at all. Whole building smelled like cigarettes and ****. Staff is terrible, charged me for fees that were not supposed to be charged, staff tried to charge me for parking lot!! It has been a terrible experience. I would not recommend that place to stay. Everything looked very nice online and it was very disappointing seen it in person.

The property and service was nice, we were unable to shut our restroom door because it was off the rail so that was a little inconvenient otherwise good stay

Absolutely one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I've ever encountered. Within 30 seconds of entering the room, the first of several roaches greeted us. Before we were able to find the TV remote, I reached to turn it on on the side of the unit and observed a significant amount of cobwebs. Once we did find the remote we wished we hadn't--it was so sticky and caked with what we willed to be "cleaning solution," but was surely anything but. Air conditioning took over an hour to barely cool the room down enough. As this was just a single-night stay with a short turnaround before a VERY early flight, we opted to find the humor in how shockingly awful this place was and didn't make a fuss. But had we paid full price and not used rewards, this would have been a terrible way to start what was otherwise an amazing once-in-a-lifetime trip. Thankful that my friend and I were able to find humor instead of shock and outrage, but absolutely will not be back. Confirmed roaches were not confined to our room or floor of the hotel on our way out, as we saw multiple near the out-of-order vending machine and the biggest of them all on the wall immediately inside the entrance to the lobby.

Everything was fine, and it was clean enough. It was adequate for the price. Could be a bit cleaner, but the staff was great and I could tell they cared about the property.

The young lady that was housekeeping on Saturday was very friendly. And polite.

Air conditioner didn't work. No shuttle to airport.

It is a good hotel, clean, quiet, friendly staff. However, I can not say, it is the specific airport hotel. Very important- no shuttle service ( on their web- free airport shuttle). Since our flight was scheduled at 6:00 am, and we missed breakfast, they did not provide with grab box, and recommend to purchase at vendor machines? Outdoor pool was closed (September 9 in Kansas)
