Checkin experience was poor as they could not find my reservation. After some time the clerk did not offer any perks for the bad experience. The are dinner and that was good but breakfast was horrible and was not included with my hotel stay.

Not impressed. From guy at entrance to guy at ****** door to tv remote issues-Jeremy that tried to help with TV was a good helper but had to come back 3 times and still could not turn on again after sleeping to watch the morning news. Seems you have issues to work out.

Very good hotel. The reasons for the 4 stars are because the staff cleaned the room and didn't leave clean towels in the room and took me two tries to get clean towels. Also, the parking is way too small for the amount of vehicles, you have to get there early to find a spot.

2nd time at this property for 1 night. Overall stay was great. Room temperature at night was not as cold as i wanted in part because there is a desk right in front of the air unit on the room, but not a deal breaker. Stayed at 6th floor and noticed that hallway corridor temperature at our floor was way higher than lobby level. Pool area renovations looks great. Only recomendation is to please get a water heater for the pool. Water was way too cold. Breakfast was great and staff personal was friendly. Would probably stay again

The staff was very friendly. I expected at least two water bottles (from other experiences). There was plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner and body cream (Dove) in case you need it. No balcony to dry the bathing suits. Pool was very nice. Nice location to explore the West coast of PR. There was a mini fridge but it wasn't working. Restaurant prices started at $20. But lots of other eating options nearby.
