El cuarto muy mal tenido muy desgastado, aún que estuvimos en el piso 14, el ruido de la calle no dejó dormir hasta las 1am, el desayuno muy básico x " prácticamente inesistente" huevo revuelto, chilaquiles con un montón de cilantro, muy poca salsa poco queso, como frutas el primer día había, sandía, Chicama sin sabor, papaya sin sabor, esto es lo que ofrece el desayuno, y todos los días igual, el alberca muy vieja y mal tenida.

Not so good: -if you get a room with a view, and it’s a hot day.. prepare to be sweaty the fan in the room takes an hour or two to cool down -cheap shower curtains - no towels in the room, called and asked for them, never brought them up. I found the person cleaning the rooms and she did not have hand towels or the mat for the shower -buffet, poor taste - it’s going through construction so the second pool isn’t open - room looks much nicer online than in person -found a small cockroach in my room by the coffee station Good: - access to the beach -good location, walking distance to other stops and restaurants -view

Staff very friendly beds were very hard. Hot breakfast each morning just need to sign up day before. One pool which second pool being worked on. Outside bar different 😊. Location was good in Golden Zone. Watch out for salesman selling vacation packages scams. Once I landed at airport I had 3 different sales teams harassed me to sit in on presentation

I asked the front staff for additional towels due to not being provided enough for the amount of guests we had , but they did not provide us any. Asked if the hotel provided bags for dirty laundry like others do, the front staff told me “ I don’t know.” There is breakfast provided, but you have to sign up for a time slot which is interesting. Our shower wasn’t fully cleaned because there was still sand in there from other guests. Additionally, our hot water didn’t work. Eventually it did get resolved though. One of the front desk staff members was helpful in regard to that. At the moment only one of the pools is available to use. The other is empty. There is construction going on so it is noisy!

The hotel has a nice view of the sea, the rooms are clean, but the pool is very neglected, the floor is broken and the area around the pool is very damaged, the beach is dirty, it has garbage around. The good thing is that in front of the hotel they have several restaurants to eat and the breakfast they offer is good.

No host to help with luggage’s and dirty facility with rotten food plates on hallway, horrible smell in facility and room furniture was broken with sharp objects, swimming pool barely had water and no dinning avail to eat at pool, internet posting of hotel was absolutely false advertisement, I give this place a Zero! Rating

This hotel needs a serious remodeling. Parking not safe. Building is falling apart. Dirty bedding and towels. Smelly place. Restaurant so not inviting. Only chairs and tables, no decorations! Food was ok. Staff not very informative. Pool área so old with a few old lounge chairs. No garden! I will never come here again!

Hotel not as advertised . Hotel is in terrible conditions . Furniture in the room falling apart . One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. I will never stay here again and regret staying here because for the same price there was other hotels that I’m sure are in better conditions . They need to update the pictures or the hotel because the hotel rooms and pool area does not look as advertised .
