Smerig! Het stinkt, trappenhuis is ongelooflijk heet opgestookt en vies. Niet prettig. We kozen voor een appartement 'hotel' omdat je dan een kitchenette hebt met koelkast ed. Er was een ranzige theedoek en een nieuw sponsje en zelfs afwasmiddel, geen wasteiltje of dop, geen afdruiprekje of afwasborstel, geen handdoekje of vaatdoekje. Oh en er waren precies NUL vorken. Gelukkig konden we die via de receptie wel krijgen. Het appartement leek niet of ontzettend slecht schoongemaakt. Direct melding gemaakt dat het appartement vies was. Zucht steun, maar de receptionist kwam zelf wel even stofzuigen. Allemaal goed en wel maar de vloer is zo smerig dat we e niet met blote voeten op durfde. De badkamer is ronduit goor!! Schimmels en vlekken op de muur. De wc pot vloer en wanden waren duidelijk niet gepoetst. Zelfs nadat de volgende dag een schoonmaker extra aan het werk was gezet (waar moet ik schoonmaken?? Waar niet?) Heb ik zelf flink moeten schrobben met de aanwezige spons en de handzeep. Toen was het door van dragelijk maar prettig was het niet. Later maar wat extra handdoeken en een nieuw sponsje gepakt van de schoonmaak ploeg. De schuifdeuren konden nauwelijks open of dicht omdat de rail zo ontzettend smerig was. De lift was onbetrouwbaar, we zaten direct naast het trappenhuis dus gebruikte we alleen de trap. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk maar niet gastvrij, ze leken niet echt op de hoogte van hoe je met gasten omgaat, hoe je moet schoonmaken etc. Er lijkt niet echt een beleid ofzo te zijn. Het is dan eigenlijk ook geen hotel. De kamers zijn gehorig. Locatie is wel prettig dichtbij het centrum. De bedden waren oke, met schoon en heel beddengoed, lijkt me normaal maar dat was gezien de verdere hygiene een meevaller. Op zich ook ruim genoeg, de indeling was niet echt logisch, veel kastruimte al waren de kasten van binnen helaas ook niet schoon. Zonder parkeerplaats zou het erg lastig zijn al zit er dichtbij op het plein wel een parkeer (geen idee van kosten). Lang verhaal kort: Ik zou het 100% afraden om naar Be-Hosting Mechelen te gaan. Gewoon NIET doen! Zonde van je geld, want zó goedkoop was het nou ook weer niet.

We stayed here due to our flight being delayed in Heathrow leading us to miss our layover flight although we were upset, it was truly the best thing that could happen. We boarded our free transfer from the airport to the hotel it was about 15 minutes away it’s beautiful views and scenes of Brussels. The hotel was lounge was absolutely beautiful and clean, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and comfortable, humongous bed which would have slept 3 people. It was a very modern design which I loved, stocked with tea and water in the fridge and cupboards. The gym looked great too. We were offered a free breakfast and dinner voucher from the airline which is lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was so friendly he made sure to go above and beyond with anything we asked for. We didn’t get to use our voucher as our flight was early the next morning, but from the dinner I would tell it would have been great too! There was a list of transfer times to make sure you make your flight on time which was incredibly handy. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was absolutely 10/10 no complaints about anything.

I am a marriott titanium member (over 70 nights a year in marriott hotels for nearly seven years now) . This is my first stay at Courtyard (not EU) Brussels. I would like to thank Ali who came to pick me up at the airport. He showed up on time, he was pleasant and curteous and made me instantly forget how stressfull the day had been up to then. Thank you Ali. As for the hotel itself: the check in was smooth, the room clean, the burger in the restaurant just what the doctor ordered, the Triple carmelite cold and reasonably priced. The hotel is conveniently located close to the NATO, EUROCONTROL and the airport and the good people of the hotel will take you to any of these places because the customer comes first. Again, thank you Ali for being such a good ambassador of my favorite brand .

Je tiens ici à manifester mon mécontentement et mon agacement après avoir séjourné dans votre hôtel. A la fin de notre séjour, ma femme s'est présentée seule à l'accueil pour les formalités de sortie. Votre réceptionniste assiste derrière son ordinateur en arrière du poste de réception, n'a pas daigné se lever et venir au poste de réception, en face de ma femme, comme j'estime que cela devrait se faire, encore plus dans un établissement comme le vôtre 4 étoiles et qui revendique d'attacher une grande importance à l'accueil client. J'estime que votre réceptionniste, voyant une cliente se présenter à l'accueil, aurait dû spontanément par respect et courtoisie envers le client, stopper son activité sur son ordinateur, se présenter en face de ma femme, lui demander si tout s'est bien dérouler lors du séjour, etc etc...lui dire merci, aurevoir et pourquoi pas ”à bientôt”...bref le genre d'accueil qui fait plaisir et donne envie aux clients de revenir... Non, elle est restée occupée sur son ordinateur, regardant à peine, et levant à peine la tête vers ma femme, pour lui indiquer sur un air tout aussi méprisant de déposer la carte dans une boite sur le poste de réception et elle a continué à travailler sur son ordinateur. Ma femme n'a pas du tout apprécié, mais elle a choisi de ne rien dire. Pour m'attendre, ma femme s'est assise dans la salle d'attente, en face de l'accueil. Des clients blancs parlant français se sont présentés à l'accueil pour les mêmes formalités de sortie ma femme est restée bouche bée, choquée, lorsqu'elle a vu cette fois votre réceptionniste se lever immédiatement, grand sourire, venir au poste de réception face au clients français, leur parler avec courtoisie et accomplir chaleureusement les formalités avec eux. A mon arrivée, ma femme très agacée, de ce traitement ”2 poids, 2 mesures” m'a raconté ce qu'elle a subi. Je me suis empressé alors d'aller expliquer la situation à votre réceptionniste. Elle m'a montré une boite en m'expliquant que la procédure est ainsi, que les clients déposent la carte dans cette boite lors de leur départ. Dans ce cas, comment expliquer cette différence criante d'attitude et de traitement de votre réceptionniste entre ma femme et envers les autres clients ”blancs” ? Je dis ”blancs” car ma femme est d'origine arabe et moi-même je suis d'origine africaine. Déja lors de mon checkin, une autre réceptionniste m'avait déjà accueilli assez froidement. La même qui lorsque je me suis présenté à l'accueil le soir, pour lui demander des informations sur le parking, elle aussi est resté derrière son ordinateur, me regardant à peine, et avec cette même attitude dédaigneuse. Si vous pensez que nous en rajoutons, je vous invite à visionner vos caméras, vous observerez très certainement notamment les scènes que nous évoquons de différence de traitement envers ma femme. Je qualifie la différence de traitement de votre réceptionniste envers ma femme de comportement ”raciste”, d'autant que j'ai moi même subi

I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff that checked me in this past week. My husband and I booked a stay at this hotel back in April for 4 nights. They sent me an email stating that they weren't able to charge my credit card on the reservation, which made sense because we had forgotten we had just received a new card to replace the expired one. They asked that I look at my account, so they can charge a new card. If I failed to do that in 24 hours, then my booking would be cancelled. Approx 13 hours of receiving that email, I went in and updated the credit card information on the account and sent them an email confirming I did so. When I arrived at this hotel to check in a month later (which was this past week), the front desk staff told me that the reservation was cancelled. I showed them the email that they sent me and the one I had sent to them. I also showed them my original reservation number. They looked into it for a while, but they told me that ultimately the reservation was cancelled so they can't do anything. They were also all booked up on one of the four nights we were supposed to stay there, so they could only check us in for 2 nights (Thurs-Fri). Up to this point, I was confused but I wasn't upset. I understand things can happen, and I was eager to work this out. However, what really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the front desk staff showed no empathy for the situation I was in. I told them that I never received any email that my reservation was cancelled. I even asked if there were any other alternative hotels, as we were traveling from outside the country and did not know the area well. The staff person I was talking to responded with very little attempt at professionalism, and instead told me that we should solve this ”later” as I was holding up the line. I believe her words were along the lines of, ”you should turn around, look at the line.” When I asked her when ”later” would be, she let out a small laugh which was a very confusing response to what I thought was a valid question. This is when I was starting to feel incredulous. I wanted her assistance, but I got rudeness and condescension in return. I tried my best not to raise my voice even though I was getting frustrated, and I told her that I felt I was getting penalized for something that wasn't my fault. Still, there was no attempt to help me with the situation, and I felt like I was being waved away. At the very end of our interaction, the staff person told me that if there is a room that opens up on Sat they would contact me to let me know. I asked how they would contact me on updates (would it be through the hotel phone? My international number? Call, email, or text?) and I received a very frustrated look and a sigh in return, not a helpful response. I am still unsure why she acted this way, when I genuinely wanted to understand how I would be contacted. (And they never actually contacted me... even to tell me they were still all boo

素晴らしい高級ホステル。できるだけ快適に。ベッドが上手に配置されているので、プライベート感も抜群です。ロビーは素晴らしいです。コーヒーマシンは終日無料でご利用いただけます。中心部からは少し離れていますが、トラムで簡単にアクセスできます。アントワープ南駅 (ベルヘム駅) までは徒歩 15 分で、そこからブリュッセルとその空港へのアクセスが便利です (中央駅からよりもさらに近い)。
