Nice hotel,great wiev,good bed,silent Room,breakfast was nice,lot of fruits.only small issie, room cooling system did not get cold air.Room 415,Toilet really big and clean.service friendly and fast with warm smile.strongly recommed.

Amazing location, amazing service, funny details …. Love it. Accomodation top. Foodservice great. Very very quiet rooms, where you can combine your business with pleasure. Small minus (but who am I) is there is no minibar in the room. But sometimes this might be an advantage.

Really friendly hotel, great room, especially as there were three of us - there was plenty of space for the extra bed, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Car Parking was useful and the hotel is nice and close to the centre of the town. Recommended.

The hotel is simply breathtaking. Personnel is super friendly and breakfast amazing (although I would add the typical Belgian squared yellow cream filled chocolate breakfast cookies). Fantastic swimming pool which was open on special request till midnight or early morning 7am even.

Lots of noise and hardly any sleep. Reception did nothing at night. Had taken a more expensive room for more peace and comfort, in contrast we got a lot of noise and hardly any rest. Very disappointing! The pillows were very bad. Also a lot of noise from the street. We will never come back.

The whole ethos of the hotel is really miserable. The pool, one of the main draws for us, was freezing. You have to bring your towel from the room, which means that after a swim you only have hand towels to wash. The biggest issue we had was with the booking and the unhelpfulness of the staff. We had amended our dates a couple of times and unknown to me, I had a second booking that I hadn’t cancelled. So I was checking out on the 26th Dec when I was supposed to be checking in on the second booking. Nobody told me about it until two days later when I was slapped with over €600 no show fee for the full booking and they would not budge on it. We also had to argue at check out for over €150 euro of drinks that had been paid four by card and the money checked and gone from the account, but they still wouldn’t believe us. Ultimately it was their mistake but it took a lot of arguments! Check your bill!!!
