Excellent service, spacious and trendy rooms. Staffs go beyond in their customer service. Loved the deco of the entire hotel. Breakfast area at rooftop is amazing whicj is also a bar at night, although breakfast can be improved with more options.

The bedroom is great, the place is super stylish and the bar upstairs is a must! They give you a voucher to 2 aperol spritz when checking in. The only problem we had on our stay was that the card for the room sometimes didn’t work properly. Really recommended.

I want to begin by saying it is a Chic hotel. Very beautiful however the service and accommodation as well as amenities are 1 star. They give you 3 waters total and no refill in your stay ( we were there 4 days). If you request water after 10 they tell you the kitchen is closed and you can’t get water ( a simple necessity) we requested ice and they don’t have ice or an ice machine). You can only contact them thru what’s app no phone in the rooms. The light is very dim, therefore you can’t really do your make up that well. The breakfast is the same menu daily only changing one option and they charge for dark coffee or expresó. Otherwise you are stuck with light watered down coffee. The bathroom has no privacy. Honestly I gave it 2 stars because the bed is comfortable and the hotel is pretty but maximum stay one night. Make sure you bring your water and ice.

Beautiful hotel! Daniela in reception was very helpful and good at helping me practice my Spanish skills! The place had an amazing breakfast with multiple options like eggs and yoghurt and it also came with a juice and coffee which made me very happy

This hotel is very nice but not perfect. I didn't like the fact that the hotel offers free drinks to guests who write a review and show it to them; this might increase the number of excellent ratings. Other things I didn't like: - The hotel system seemed to be somehow faulty, and altogether I received over twenty emails about my reservation. - There was a problem with the alarm system of the hotel, and during my first night there were two false alarms which woke me up. - During all the nights there was music in the top floor restaurant, so it was a bit too noisy in my room. - The air conditioning was a bit too cold although I tried to adjust it. The good things: - I liked the modern and clean room with good-quality toiletry products. - Even though the view from the window was just backyard it looked very nice all green with plants. - The location was excellent - a safe area, relatively quiet but lots of restaurants nearby. - The breakfast was good and there were some changes every morning. - The staff were nice and helpful.

I don’t know what to say except this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Medellin and it’s not even close! The ladies working at the front desk were fantastic, especially Gabby!! She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of my entire trip. If you stay at the Somos, make sure you stay at the Somos BOLD! It’s the best one. Oh and let’s not forget the rooftop bar! It’s the best perk. It has amazing views and the food was good too!

My overall experience was good. The hotel was located in a quiet safe area. Very clean. The roof top bar was very beautiful but very expensive for drinks. The view was also amazing. I really did not like that there was no pool. If you would like a rooftop pool this place may not be for you.

First time visiting Medellin and it’s been great so far, Great hotel, rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful, very cool rooftop restaurant, about 10min walking to Provenza and it’s in a quite street so it’s the perfect location. Oh the breakfast does not have too many options but it’s good.

The Somos Bold in Medellín exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of popular areas like Poblado, Primavera, and Provenza. The spacious and impeccably clean rooms boast a stunning industrial modern architecture, and the balcony offers a perfect spot to unwind. The rooftop restaurant and bar are truly amazing, offering breathtaking views. Breakfast was great as well. Overall, our three-night stay at The Somos Bold was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend.
