My second stay at this hotel, make sure you book the right room which fits your needs as they have different sizes

Strange hotel. New and quiet away from the craziness of lleras which are positives. However, the design is just odd. Strange snacks in the mini bar, strange things in the room, dark halls with eerie music playing, they are trying too hard to be overly hip. Not worth the price compared with other hotels nearby.

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

Service, excellent. It’s a wonderful modern building. The breakfast is great. The guests are young and hip. The music is a bit loud, but we are old.

The staff were utterly delightful. They were always attentive and your welfare was their primary concern. We want to especially highlight Daniel, who took care of us for our entire stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and luxurious; the common areas are superb. There was a variety of restaurants and bars, all excellent. The breakfast, which is included, was spectacular; kept us charged for the whole morning (I recommend the calantado). We were in an extra small room and it was plenty for us. We would stay here again and we would definitely recommend. (If you have the time, you must visit the roof top pool and have a drink while wading in the heated waters).

If you’re coming to Medellin, this is the place to stay. It’s in the absolute best neighborhood, walking distance from everything you’d want - boutique shops, Michelin star dining, and nightlife. Definitely a more adult oriented hotel - I didn’t see any children during our stay. Staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The design of the hotel is something else. It’s as if this large modern steel structure rose from the Columbia jungle. I’ve never seen an hotel with this many native plants. Incredibly interesting to walk around and observe the designers attention to detail. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale and memorable experience in Medellin. Will definitely be back!

Staff have far too much attitude and not guest oriented. Rooms very small but beds comfy. Breakfast was nice. Too much for all the attitude.

The Click Clack is a beautiful property in an amazing location. My husband and I stayed in the 2XL suite. It is very aesthetically pleasing but the lack of function for guests was frutrating. No closets, no drawers, no bathroom space for anything. The breakfast included was great. The pool was small but had a wonderful view.The 2nd rooftop bar had the best cocktails and the customer service was a 5+. Highly recommend.
