We spent a week here while visiting our new granddaughter. The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable and the pool area was fun. It was a great place to call home while away from home. Thanks for a great stay.

I stay at this hotel every time i am in town as the staff are all so friendly and accommodating to my stay. I wouldn’t stay any where else.

This hotel was recommended to us as we were visiting Medicine Hat for a business trip. Our room offered a kitchenette which was helpful as we stayed for 3 days and could cook our own food instead of eating out each meal. Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room itself was roomy for 2 of us. I loved that the washroom was plenty roomy as well. The front desk staff and those working in the kitchen were so friendly and welcoming to us every time we interacted with them. The location was good for us, close to Walmart, other stores and several places to eat. Other than the cold, windy weather (we’re from Florida), our time there was enjoyable!

The staff were very welcoming and personable. Rooms were very clean and the beds were SO comfy! Service to the room is prompt. The breakfast provided is excellent - lots of choice and the hot items were delicious. My toddler was absolutely spoiled by the breakfast attendants! We enjoyed the splash park and the fitness facility and felt well-cared for during our stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and it was fantastic. Very spacious and clean. Just perfect. The pool was a big big hit for my kids too. Enjoyed the continental breakfast too. Great hotel, wonderful staff, will definitely come back if ever in Medicine Hat.
