ハンプトン イン メディナ(Hampton Inn Medina)

We stayed here for 4 weeks, while my husband was filling in at Eastman School of Music. Our suite was comfortable and well furnished for cooking in the room. The housekeeping staff, the maintenance staff, the kitchen and Bar staff were all excellent! Very professionally run!!! Great stay!!! Thanks!!!

It was a typical Hampton Inn experience. Very rarely do I have an issue with one of their properties. This was no exception! Another excellent stay!!!!!

Overall visit was good, we checked in somewhat late. Made it to the room and went to bed almost immediately. In the morning we discovered no tv remote. My wife told the employee at the front desk and her response was "this is quite common because the remotes get left in the sheets and make their way to the laundry area". I think in my years of travels, this is the 1st time the remote was missing. If this is a reoccurring issue, why not have housekeeping have a checklist for the room.

Close to the interstate. Clean room. Decent coffee. Breakfast food not fresh, not good.

Overall nice rooms, nice staff and the complimentary breakfast was very good. However there were several area's in yhe main lobby where a wall was falling apart and the elevator to the room felt very unsafe.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Close to where we were going for new year party

I would have greatly appreciated a easy chair or some type of chair to relax in.

The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job! Breakfast was great with an awesome selection and the staff kept the food well stocked for the high volume of guests at the hotel during our stay. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was redone since our last stay. The new showers were beautiful but the shower heads could have been a bit better quality. Despite the hotel being packed we still had hot showers every morning. I would recommend that a small plunger be available in each room for guest usage as my husband had to ask the clerk at the desk for one in the middle of the night and it took about 40 minutes for him to locate one for y husband to use and return. My kids loved the pool and it was very clean and stocked with towels. The floors were a bit crumbly due to the chlorine and the towels could have been a little lager to cover an adult body (I and only a size 12 and I could barely fit one around me.

Great hotel. ******* messed up my reservation and it took an hour to work out. ******* was less than helpful. Thank goodness the front desk manager worked with me.
