ホテル ルナ(Hotel Luna)

房間很不戳很乾凈，就是床太小，不過還好，還可以 衞生：不戳很乾凈 環境：很安靜，沒什麼聲音 服務：還可以，英語不戳，早餐還可以

The receptionists were so hospitable and cheerful; they helped out with everything we needed. The room service was consistent, cleaned the pillows and changed the bedsheets daily, thankful for that. The breakfast was limited, but still delicious, they were kind and before we went for our pilgrimage, they offered us to take a few fruits for the way. Truly an amazing experience and will 100% go there again if I go back to Medjugorje. Ps. There were such beautiful paintings in the reception, and a breathtaking view all around (we stayed on the 3rd floor).

Really comfortable bed. Great selection of toiletries in bathroom, including slippers. Powerful shower, heated towel rail. Kettle and fridge in the room. Spotless clean room and all over the hotel. Wifi, air conditioning. 24 hour staff at reception. The location is very close to St. James church, about a 5 minute walk. Supermarket across the street. The staff were very friendly and obliging, and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel has a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The price was very good. This was my first time staying in Hotel Luna and I will definitely return as the location is excellent and it has all of the modern conveniences that make a stay enjoyable.

Kind staff n affordable price

They do not have a double bed. The beds are uncomfortable. When we came to the room there was no hot water. The heating did not work. The staff was great. Especially the receptionist from Italy. Everything else is great.You should offer a lot more for this price.

Really like the location as this hotel is located very close to St' James Church. The rooms were clean including the bathroom. There was a issue with WIFI in the room we stayed. Other than that there was no problem in the hotel. Friendliness of each employee is highly appreciated.
