The apartment was spacious however the toilet was very small compared to the rest of the space. No counter space at all in the toilet to put things. The carpet flooring in the apartment was really dirty, we had to wear socks all the time, and we could see black stains all over our socks. They did not provide any tooth brushes or slipper so I would say facilities is zero. There is a convenient supermarket right underneath so if you plan to cook it is quite convenient. The washing machine was really filthy, had to do some wiping and cleaning. The dishes were not clean and had stains so we had to wash them again before using. The tub was very high not very kids friendly. The heater was not working very well, it was either super warm until the air was so dry and my son had nosebleed, or it was so cold. The location is great but the apartment is facing the train station and tram, so the whole night it was very noisy. Not much noise cancellation. Thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights. Don't think we could last another night. The bed was relatively comfortable and the sofa could turn into sofa bed. That was probably the only plus side.

Located in this city, can hear the noise from trains driving on railway to Flinders station. But bedroom is away from railway window side.

房間很大，兩個卧室都帶了衞生間，還有一個公衞，廚房設施齊全，客廳餐廳都大，有三個陽台，風景不錯，太適合家庭出行，樓下就有一個便利店，很方便，離墨爾本板球場不遠，如果不是黴黴的演唱會讓房價上漲太多，會6晚都住這。不足的地方，最後一天沒做房間衞生，不知道是不是忘了

I love this hotel as it as great views of Melbourne, the rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. They are in the middle of a renovation, not that we would have known and I look forward to seeing what the new rooms are like. Also the reception staff are great. I had an issue as I had incorrectly booked the wrong room type. They were fully booked but as soon as the room type I wanted was available they let me know and organised a room change. Can't ask for better service than that. That's why it's my preferred hotel when visiting Melbourne.

Stayed here for a week in August and it didn't meet my expectations to be honest. I mainly chose this accommodation for the early check in if available (I arrived at 10am after a long flight); I would get a free upgrade if available and it had a bathtub. I was also promised a free bottle of wine. In the end early check in was not available (fair enough), I had to ask to get the bottle of wine, due to a booking system issue I got downgraded from a room with a view to a room without and there was barely enough hot water for the tiny bathtub! After the first night I was moved to a room with a view, from room 06-10 to room 08-18. It was better - 06-10 felt like a room nobody was supposed to stay in, it was massive with just a few pieces of furniture, much of which was damaged or in poor condition. The bedroom permanently smelled of fast food, I guess it was above the restaurant. Both rooms desperately need new carpets (sagging, bunching and massive stains) and neither had a phone. Decor in both rooms was lacking. What else... the Wi-Fi wasn't great, the USB charging sockets didn't work, the washing machine was dirty and hadn't been cleaned so my clothes came out dirtier than they went in and my room had three hangers and no clothes dryer. On the plus side, the rate was reasonable and the rooms are very big. Also I had a letter through my door during my stay suggesting that the hotel was about to be renovated. Much needed.

Very spacious with nice view of river and skyline. Convenient location. Furnishijgs a bit worn but more than adequate. Accommodating staff.
