Great hotel, some issues need to be addressed. This was my first stay with W. it's an amazing brand, nice design and spacious room.
But there was a huge staffing problem. First of all, it took a long time to verify my booking (it was actually quite simple, 1 room (1 night 5-6 July) + 2 rooms (1 night 6-7 July). I received Trip.com's hotel confirmation letter, but the hotel claimed that a room was cancelled for unknown reasons, they asked me to call Trip.com to clarify, Trip.com replied that it had been confirmed with the hotel 5 minutes later I received a call from Trip.com and checked with hotel there was no problem at all. When I went back to the hotel to pick up the keys and another staff asked me to check in again... The second nightmare was that the housekeeping staff mistakenly rang the doorbell of my room at 0900 and said a "sorry" in the hallway 20 meters away. I was 100% sure that Privacy light was "ON".
Great hotel and great staff highly praised: Donovan at valet parking and Rika at reception.
Overall are great but needs to get this sorted as it dampens the experience.
