なんて驚きでしょう。入り口、ガレージ、チェックインはとても簡単でした。しかし、もう一つの大きな驚きがありました:私たちはスイートにアップグレードされました。部屋とバスルームは完璧できれいでした。レストランの食べ物はとても良かった。大きなプールを見下ろす素敵なテラスがあります。スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルでとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食はとてもよく整えられたビュッフェでした。場所は私たちに最適でした。欠点のない高速道路からそれほど遠くなく、30分以内で到達できるルガノからそれほど遠くありません。このホテルを強くお勧めします。

ホテルは少し偏っていますが、サービスはとても良いですが、部屋は広くて快適で、とても満足しています！

イビスルガノパラディソでの滞在を楽しんだが、朝食の選択はかなり平凡だったが、イビスの基準に沿っていた。到着の数日前にルガノのホテル料金がかなり下がったことがわかりましたが、理想的な場所にあるため、イビスルガノパラディソでの予約を維持することにしました。しかし、ルガノのすべての場所がどれほどアクセスしやすいかを考えると、私が戻るならば、私はお金の価値のために他の場所に滞在することを検討するでしょう。

To be fair it’s an old yet beautiful hotel and fantastic views. For the price you would expect complete service. The hotel entrance is on a busy street with no one there to help. There are only a few parking spots Immediately to the left of the hotel to unload luggage (public parking). The hotel provides a pass for hotel guests ( 30 Swiss Franks charged to room per day) . It’s 5 mins by car and a good 15 min walk back to hotel. You do this on your own. By the way when you retrieve your you repeat the 15 min walk. For elderly individuals it’s not a good idea. If you have medical problems good luck. Additionally our pass provided did not work. Had to pay myself and make sure you have cash since you can’t use credit cards This is the problem with advertising. Just because it state’s parking available doesn’t mean it’s acceptable. It’s ok if it’s a Motel 6 but for luxury hotels it’s totally unacceptable I rarely write a review but the experience with the parking and limited help from staff caused me to cut our stay.

私の好みのホテルが完全に予約され、ホテルシティルガノに強制されたので、私は一晩だけ滞在しました。私は喜んで驚きました。スタッフは私が今まで世界のどこで遭遇した中で一番親切でした。確かに装飾は賞賛に値するものではなく、ルームサービスや他の基本はありませんが、清潔で効率的です。私はここのスタッフがただ素晴らしい、それらのすべてをもう一度言わなければなりません。このホテルをお勧めします。

When you see the beauty of this resort, you expect a unique up-to-standard experience. And then you get there, most of the staff will be very nice. And then everything else falls short. We drove an hour and a half from Milan to get to this place. The photos and display online showed that it was worth it. The pool area is fantastic. The view from up top is superb. And then you get to your room, and you’re thinking “this doesn’t feel like a $350 per night kind of room 🤔”. We call downstairs asking to get something to eat. And there it goes, the horror story of Italian Villa type hotels: kitchen hours. You don’t make kitchen hours you don’t eat. Period. But you’re thinking “when a hotel gives itself a 5 star rating, isn’t it required to serve food 24/7?”. Anyway, “kitchen is closed” was the imposed reality. So we had to wait. Dinner time came, we were tired so we asked to order to the room. Now I’m all for a luxury resort charging me high for fine dining. But I got 4 raviolis, and a small portion of what was supposed to be risotto, but that looked like army rice swimming in a lot of liquid, with lumps of something on top. The raviolis tasted bitter, and the risotto was simply repulsive. And they priced those at around $80. Please look at the photos and see what I mean. At breakfast, where the staff were more than courteous, we then discovered that the kitchen was indeed sub-standard at this place. The food items were okay. Budget hotel level okay. But that is not good enough for a resort at this price, is it? I mean for me to have a mini croissant and not have another, tells you something about how not that great they are. Same goes for the cakes etc. Sub-standard. We ended up returning the food and ordering a cheese sandwich and fries. Which we then had for lunch the next day, because, we arrived to the restaurant 6 minutes after “kitchen closed”. Even the fries were not great. Can you imagine a kitchen screwing up on fries? On the third day we had an emergency back home so we had to leave. We asked them to cancel the third night, and we were going to leave at 9am which is way before checkout time. They refused. We then asked to pay half a room rate as penalty, but the full rate was too much. Especially that we had stayed two nights already. They refused. And so we got charged $350 for a night we didn’t use. I believe that this hotel was beautifully designed, then handed over to management (or the owners themselves) that is not fit for such premises. And cannot hold the required standard. What a disappoin**ent.

Well..... where do I start, this is one of the most breath taking places I have ever visited in the world. I booked this for my daughters 30th birthday it was her choice to go to Switzerland, neither of us had visited this part of the world before and it far exceeded our expectations. It took a plane, train and a taxi to get us to the hotel so a bit of a journey but sooooooo worth it. We flew to Milan, took a train to Lugano and got a cab up to the hotel. Tip catch the 444 bus from the train station, it so much cheaper than a cab and the bus drops you right outside the hotel, we used the bus every time after that to go down to the town. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are amazing, you have to see them to believe the photos do not capture the utter beauty of this place. You will also notice the peace, all you can hear is birdsong, it is absolute heaven. The hotel staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful. We has lots of questions and time and again they helped even printing bus time tables and giving us maps and tips. We had a welcome prosecco on arrival and then went to find our room. WOW! and what a room We had been upgraded from a garden room to a room with a view of the lake and a wrap around balcony. My daughter opened the balcony door and almost burst with excitement, it was amazing. We had a twin room which was large and super bathroom and even the view from the loo. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe, fridge and kettle. You are provided with robes, slippers and even a bag to pop your bits in when using the spa. This hotel has thought of everything. I could write a 10,000 word review on this hotel there is so much to say. The infinity pool is warm and you lean your elbows up on the side and just stare at that view. There is an amazing indoor pool which you can swim into from the outside pool through automatic doors. Tip give the sensors a little wave and the doors open quicker. We had two treatments in the Dot spa a massage on one day and a facial on the other, both fabulous and the staff in the spa are great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and had so much choice. We eat in the restaurant for lunch a dinner but also had room service and dinner on our balcony which was lovely and a little bit cheaper to. The view every where are fantastic, it takes 30 minute to get up the mountain so you are very high. There is a little airport way below and we loved watching the planes take off over the lake and we were still way above them. We took a walk through the Algra mountain one morning and whilst it is challenging (its very steep) it is so beautiful and worth the climb. I could say so much more but I think you should just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed you will come away feeling on top of the world. My daughter loved it so much she is going to return with her husband for their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Kurhaus we had the best time.
