Residence Inn Memphis Downtown

This was a fantastic property! The valet parking was perfect for the area, the amenities were perfect! The room sheets were sooo cozy, and one of the BEST free breakfast I’ve had at a stay!

Staff was very helpful, accommodating, and courteous. The location was within walking distance of event I was attending. Our room was quiet & efficiently furniced.

Fantastic hotel! Quiet, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Ms. Ima at the front desk is a gem! Will definitely be staying here for all our future trips to Memphis!

Initially checking in was fine, people very friendly. Valet services were very good. BREAKFAST on the other hand, was subpar. Microwaved sausage, so called omelette were terrible, no potato. If you’re going to put in your advertisement BUFFET BREAKFAST, make sure it stands up to a BUFFET. Let’s not forget about the FRUIT. They had fresh fruit mixed with canned fruit. Which is not a good, not only by presentation, but can contaminate other fruit too. This BUFFET was a terrible idea of a BUFFET! For what you have to pay for this hotel fees, you better off staying at a hotel for less $$$$$ without breakfast. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

We were in Memphis for the Liberty Bowl. We wanted to be close to Beale Street.

Clean, comfortable room with a kitchenette enabled me to prepare simple meals and to store fruit and salad in the fridge. Quiet and the black out blinds worked well to ensure a good night’s sleep. Big love and thanks to the wonderful Linesia who made us very welcome and went out of her way to help us. Oat milk and walnuts available at breakfast that made it easy for me as a vegan.
