Stayed here as part of a tour, it's located about a 20-minute walk from Beale Street in a business area of town. Room was nice enough, pool outside looked a bit ordinary, staff were friendly, except service in the bar which was very slow. Biggest downside for me was that we stayed for three nights & my room wasn't cleaned once! Very disappointing
My first encounter with Bryon parking my car with his pleasant personality and mannerism was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Memphis and guided me in every right direction of this amazing city. Afterwards we had the opportunity to speak with Chevalain, Erandy and Chris at the front desk. Their warm welcome to Memphis made my check in and check out process more like being welcomed/departed by family. Ms. Tara did an amazing job cleaning our room daily. Each and everyday our room was spotless. Also Mr. Dee met all our pool needs and made sure water was appropriately cleaned and comfortable for all guests. There were serveral other hotel staff that i didnt get the chance to get their names. But hopefully all the staff get the recognition they deserve at this hotel. This experience with this staff was truly amazing. I look forward to visiting your city again and will certainly stay here. Thank you to such a great family oriented staff.
ゲゲストThis hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.
A wonderful boutique hotel, super clean lobby, hallways, rooms. The concierge, Rocky, was attentive, and very informative on places to visit and eat. He bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the servers were spot-on with the orders, quick, and friendly. The only thing I was hoping for was a better breakfast assortment of pastries and small eats, coffees and teas, but this didn't stop me from giving a 5 star rating.
AAlex WWas here for a conference at the adjoining conference center. Don't let the close proximity to the Renasant tempt you to stay. Half of the people I traveled with had broken air conditioning in their rooms, some having it break in the middle of the night. I had to switch rooms as the first was 85 degrees and had ants crawling on the AC unit. The bathroom makeup mirror was broken and so were the racks holding the shampoo and conditioner. The second room was a little better but was still very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth left in the sink for the first two days. The duvet and carpet had dirt on it and part of the floor was sticky. The hallways are stuffy, humid, and musty, the elevators seemed like they are falling apart, and the skybridge to the conference center smelled like mold. As others have mentioned, the restaurant in the lobby is extremely expensive for what you get so don't bother. The hotel is also on the edge of downtown and we didn't feel very comfortable walking to places. The place really needs a refresh.
AAlisha MThe outside is not all appealing but when you get inside tour room, it's nice. The staff is not all that except for the one black lady, she made us feel welcomed, she joked and spoke every time she saw us, the other staff members, they just looked at us and didn't part their moth. Lol It served its purpose for us when we went. We went for a lakers and grizzlies game. It's like 15 to 20 mins away from FedEx Forum. I would rebook here again.
