Una experiencia inolvidable, un hotel hermoso y bien equipado, un poco lejos de las grandes ciudades.

We had to leave this place, and cut our holiday short, due to being badly bitten by insects and bugs! The state of the apartment was appalling. Rusty mirror, dirty and cracked floors and sink, grubby furniture etc... Bird faeces all over the balcony, which the inadequate, useless cleaners just laughed at. Avoid at all costs!

Swimming pools are great (lifeguard at 2 of them), clean apartments but supermarket is expensive. Wouldn’t recommend with young children. Beach is lovely though. Evening entertainment is rubbish/none.

it is a great place , next to the very nice and long beach . There are great restaurants around incl a supermarket. There is also a great walk ariund the cliff with nice views. It s a pity that people are making lots of noise in the beach during some nights.

Beautiful place to stay, 3 pools, not overly busy. Basic rooms but spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing, such good quality and a lot of choice. Beach right next to you. Would advise to get a car.

The bad: it’s a bit worn in parts and needs some general upkeep in places. The evening buffet, although a great choice was Luke warm and we had it straight away when it opened. The safe box in the room was 3 euros a day, this should be included as standard. The food at the grill place next door was rubbish and the service was painfully slow. The other restaurant was great service and lovely hot food but closed in the afternoon so option for dinner. No hanging/clothes horse for clothes especially when they have a laundrette on site. the fully stocked kitchenette isn’t such, you can just about do toast and pasta on the hob. Needs some more cooking utensils and small plates for children. The Good: This is a great place for young children. We have a two year old and the splash park and the pools were ideal for her age being so shallow. The beach is 3 secs away. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile when we had a problem with our hire car booking. There is a car park for hire cars. Very quiet in our bit, mainly families with very children. Ceiling fans were surprisingly good as we were concerned about not having AC but quite tricky to work out. Easy access to the rest of the island and very near Fornells which is great little harbour for food and a few boutique shops. Supermarket is next door (although a bit pricey!) but handy for the odd bits and very well stocked with both food and children’s toys. Bus stop right outside. Under shade playground for younger children. If you want a basic family holiday that won’t break the bank this place is ideal. It’s definitely not luxury but it served us really well as a base and if you have children under the age of 5 I would recommend. PS there is a kids club but we didn’t use it so can’t comment.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and exactly what we were expecting (which is a good thing!), and breakfast buffet had loads of options. Pools were great and beach nearby is lovely, probably one of our favourites on the island. The only thing that took the shine off things is that once we checked out we were told we couldn't use the showers in reception and would have to use splash park which would cost.. pretty annoying considering we'd been there for a week and it's was our third visit

The site is in need of refurbishment. We had a number of issues with our apartment (all be these were rectified with out delay) but if house cleaning had reported the issues as they are attending the rooms these issued would have been sorted before the rooms were re-let) The rooms a very basic. With stone slab shelving and an open stone slab hanging space with 8 hangers. No mirrors in either of the rooms for the ladies to put on makeup etc. We had a very steep turning set of stairs that may be difficult to negotiate if you have mobility issues or for children running up and down. With 3 uneven stone slabs making up a set of steps up into the apartments, again if you had mobility issues could find difficult and unsafe. The room are fitted with shutters outside but sadly on one of the rooms they where difficult to close. Leaving a very dangerous fall hazard if a child was to stand on the bed as our little one did. Which made me shudder The restraunt was good value for money in the area of the hotel. As there isn't many restaurants in the surrounding area. All the staff I found to be polite and attentive and lovely with children. Around the site there was some wooden steak fencing that I found to be unsafe as they where loose and some had nails protruding through. And children where swinging and climbimg on them, an accident waiting to happen. The site had 4 pools and a water park which kept the children occupied. But again in need of some attention. During our stay there wasn't any evening entertainment in the evening but it was early in the season so that may change. Overall our stay was happy and we enjoyed our stay. Would I return to these apartments I don't think I would.

Hotel is lovely the staff are nice but it’s right out the way of everything so hotel charge over the odds for everything this also includes the only shop nearby your looking at paying 2/3x the amount for everything the cheapest thing on the menu to order is 6€ for a side of fries. We hired a car so went to Lidl and spent quarter of the price Rooms are basic but large and clean Beach is probably one of the worst on the island if you can drive there’s so many other nice beaches we also couldn’t use the one next to the hotel because of jelly fish Waterpark is extra if your not all inclusive it’s tiny so it’s not worth buying for the week a day is plenty Pool areas are lovely thou the lights are hanging off and the beds always have bird Pooh on them ( bird are SO LOUD) it’s lovely but they wake you up every morning Overall the place was ok we never fought for a sunlounger the two restaurants up the road are really good and quite reasonable but unfortunately the location beach and over charging for everything means we wouldnt stay here again
