City Hotel Merano

Staying for one day and was surprised when I walked into the room - living area and kitchen and room. Great and pleasant red and off white color scheme. My room is right next to the workout room and outdoor jacuzzi. Free herbal tea with real cup and sauce! Fantastic! 5 min. From stores and restaurants.

You don't just get a room, but you get a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining table living room set. Could have easily stayed for days and weeks … All was nice new, just some 10’ walk to the city center of Merano with all the restaurants. Beautiful breakfast buffet, nice staff – for sure a hotel to go again in Merano.

We opted for a suite with the most magnificent terrace and view! Our room was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the bar excellent! Parking was easy and such a good thing! We hope to return! Thank you!

Very well located hotel with modern and functional interior. Family rooms are very spacious and breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately our room‘s AC didn’t work property which hampered our stay. The staff was very, very friendly all around the hotel.

City Hotel Merano is a lovely, clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms or - I'm almost tempted to call them - small apartments/flats with a stunning mountain view. The receptionists were all efficient, kind and professional. We even had kitchens in our 'rooms' with tea boilers like there was complimentary bottled water available. Minibar and safe to store valuables. Moreover there were complimentary drinks at the bar. A downside to this otherwise appealing hotel is that they don't have a restaurant however, there are many restaurants nearby. If one isn't too hungry the hotel does have a bistro with some small dishes and the food is good there. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from including international breakfast. City Hotel Merano is a hotel worth visiting as it absolutely deserves its four and a half stars. We will definitely return!

Ottima esperienza. Suite davvero comoda con tutti i comfort. Servizio professionale e struttura di qualità sotto ogni aspetto. Colazione ricca e attenta al territorio. Vicinanza al centro, spa interna e parcheggio sotterraneo completano un bel soggiorno di lavoro.
