El servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear, en mi estancia se taparon las regaderas y tardaron mas de medio dia en ir a ayudar, se inundo nuestro cuarto y ni el trapeador nos querian prestar, luego del incidente todo fue bueno, pero su personal no esta muy capacitado

El hotel es sencillo pero funcional, cerca del centro histórico, a pesar de que se encuentra en una área con mucho tráfico este es imperceptible dentro de las habitaciones. Mis únicos inconvenientes fueron que hubo días en que el agua caliente no salió. Y por otro lado el diseño tenía la problemática de que al bañ**** toda el agua salpicaba hacia el resto del baño, esto es peligroso para personas mayores ya que no ofrecen un tapete. La solución que ofrecen es una pequeña toalla que se debe de poner en el piso para que funcione como tapete. Lo olvidaba, el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento. Si estás pensando llevar tu auto tendrás que estacionar tu auto unas cuadras adelante ya que no es posible estacionar tu auto enfrente del hotel por que no está permitido.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this property. We ultimately chose it because it seemed decent and was right across the street from the bus station and we had a bus to catch at the end of our stay. Upon our arrival, we had an issue with the smell of the room we were given and the front desk had no problem changing the room. However, the second room we were given was not much better. We booked the deluxe room and the pictures shown online did not match what we were seeing in person. The bathroom was literally the size of a Port-o-potty and it was nearly impossible to get into the shower with the way the door opened inward. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they told us all of the deluxe rooms with single beds were like this and we’d have to book a room with double beds if we wanted a bigger bathroom. No option was given to upgrade the room without completely rebooking. Again this was not what was shown online and if we had known, we would not have booked this room at all. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel is in a good location but we really couldn’t enjoy our stay because of how terribly small and poorly constructed the bathroom was.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy transitada. Las habitaciones son amplias pero tienen detalles negativos como la puertas del baño que son corredizas pero que no funcionan bien. Muy ruidoso puesto que se escucha ruido de los pasillos y de los autos de la avenida. El estacionamiento es incómodo debido a que se comparte con otro hotel.

The hotel was thoroughly clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, from my room (103), the walls were so thin I could hear voices and whatever media was playing in the lobby.

This is a relatively new budget hotel that serves the purpose. Bed is on the hard side but there is a large flat screen TV with many options.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias, agradables, espaciosas, sin embargo las habitaciones que están cerca de la recepción, definitivamente hay demasiado ruido, por lo que fue difícil conciliar el sueño.

Hotel muy sencillo. Muy conveniente ubicado. A una cuadra del CAS para tramitar la visa americana. Cerca del centro. Frente a central de autobuses ADO. A quince minutos del aeropuerto.
