オンティコ アーバン デザイン ホテル(Ontico Urban Design Hotel)

장말 피곤한 상태로 호텔에 갔는데 결제확인이 안된다며 기다리라고 해서 너무 짜증 났음(결제 다 완료된 예약) 위치는 애매하고 샤워 부스에 물은 안내려가고 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 채워져 있지도 않고 침대 두개 다 침대커버에 얼룩 있었고 하나는 머리카락도 있었음. 냉장고도 없어서 로비에 가서 얼음 받아와야 했고 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았고 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 주지 못했음

The staff at the hotel is amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful. At night they were always very aware of who was coming in and out of the hotel. Not that it was in a bad area but I definitely appreciated the attention to their guests safety

We arrived at the Óntico Urban Design Hotel just after 11 PM, walked into the lobby, and found nobody on the property. We thought the desk clerk might be in the bathroom or down the hall, but nobody ever showed up. This was especially surprising because we had called the hotel a few hours earlier to say we missed our connection and would be arriving a few hours late, around 10:30 PM at the earliest. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he would wait for us, but he did not. Twice I called the hotel. I heard the phone ring in the hotel, but nobody answered. It just asked me to leave a message. We considered sleeping in the lobby but they only had chairs and we were worried what would happen to our luggage if someone walked in while we were asleep. After about 10 minutes I called ******* support and explained the problem. They tried to contact the hotel, but also had no success. I then asked for ******* to book the other hotel we had booked on ******* but canceled. They said that hotel was not available, but after calling that hotel we learned they did have availability for 2 nights of our 6-night stay. We arranged to stay at the other hotel over the phone. Turns out the desk clerk left the property without notifying anyone or locking up. They offered to upgrade us to another property, but we already had a non-refundable room for the last 4 nights of our stay we booked on *******.

The staff was accommodating and allowed us to access our room early, and also booked our airport taxi for the next day. Only complaint on the room was that I don’t believe it has a safe or the typical mini fridge. Also, the shower drain backed up during my shower, so my wife took her shower in about two inches of undrained water unfortunately.

The room I was given had a very bad odor and the shower only provided cold water. The second room I was given, smelled better but the shower was only able to provide lukewarm water.

Everything was great. The location, the staff…I’d stay here again

The hotel is located close to the center of the city and very close to many shops and restaurants. Just a few blocks. The staff was amazing, so helpful, and readily available. The rooms were comfortable. Very easy, relaxing place to stay.

I really really appreciated the staff working at this hotel. They were kind, responsive, and hardworking. The problem was with the facility itself. My partner and I had no water pressure and no hot water for pretty much our entire stay. Other reviews will confirm this. I felt bad for the staff since I could tell this was out of their control, so I direct my feedback to the owners of the property. They should be more proactive about the condition of this hotel. The amount of money paid does not match my experience at all.
