Our stay was terrible, the first room they check us into was disgusting. Super dirty, stained sheets, broken bathroom faucet, loose stove nob, dirty bed sides, filthy floors.. the second room was cleaner than the first but still not the best condition.

For an “extended stay” they didn’t have an iron and ironing board in the room. I found that quite odd. When it came time for me to check out I had to wait until someone open the gate at the front desk to drop off my key.

Had to make a trip home for my children great grandmother’s funeral service.

Originally had us a in room with a cracked tub. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows. Apparently someone got stabbed the night before we arrived.

Room and building was clean and in good shape. However room was damp. Towels would not dry hanging up in your room in 24hrs time. You are expected to wash your towels and linens yourself. Take out your own trash. Seemed to be a lot of permanent residents. Also a lot of dogs. With dogs barking in the hallway. Office only open from 9am to 7 pm. No one around at night. Outside doors lock automatically but people where jamming them open with rocks etc. Smokers outside every door.

It was reasonable price for the stay. Just the appliances were cracked or the light shades had stains on them. Pillows very small for the bed.

The staff was kind and great and accommodating. The towels and wash cloths for my room were dirty. Even after I was given another room because of the uncleanliness of the first, there were still some issues. After I left, I was told by another patron that what I saw in my room was confirmed in her room as evidence of bed bugs. I was lucky this time, I would not book again.

I love every time I visit this hotel, But the last time was disappointing, the inconvenience we had was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the water in the shower stagnated and did not go away for a long time and finally the most disappointing thing was that they charged us twice for the reservation . The first was through **********, we made the reservation and it was charged to my partner's account, then when we checked-in they made us pass the card again, which we had to use a different from the original payment method and it is supposed to It was only for the deposit and what was my surprise that they had charged me again for the room. I made the report with the card, but received no response. I tried to communicate with the hotel, but the call hangs up. I guess the number I have is wrong, I don't know. So I hope you are careful when making your reservation through ********** and more if you stay at this hotel.

Front desk staff was great and super helpful. Chris was also a great and on top of things. I cannot remember the front desk lady who helped me, but she had glasses and was wearing an Alice in Wonderland Tshirt that reminded me back in the day.
