My stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️
In September becouse of my passport i did need to travel to out of country and i choose adana. I stayed there about 3 weeks. I did talk to hotel manager about my situation and he did give me very good discounts for my accommodation and also he booked the best room of the hotel with too walls full veiw of city in 5 floor. Staff they was very professional and helpfull. I did feel really safe and service was amazing
Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.
Мы приехали в этот отель с друзьями поздно ночью. На ресепшене молодой человек нам всё объяснил и рассказал распорядок работы. Все наши пожелания были выполнены. В комнате есть стандартный набор посуды , вода питьевая в холодильнике и в ванной комнате принадлежности для душа. Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Завтрак стандартный : омлет или яйца . колбаски , оливки, маслины., картофель фри, чай или кофе на выбор. Уборка номеров по требованию. В целом проживанием в данном отеле остались довольны. İki arkadaş bir hafta otelinizde kaldık herşey çok güzel di. Oda düzeni temizliği konumu çalışanların samimiyeti ve içtenliği herşeyi ile harika zaman geçirdik. Söyleyecek çok şey var kesinlikle önerdiğim bir kurum. Kıyafetlerimizi yıkayıp formalarımızı ütüleyip getirmişler gerçekten çok ince bir davranış. Lobide bizi karşılayan Mer ve Murat Bey , oda temizliği ile ilgilenen Sebahat, Nejla ve Ümmü Hanıma kuru temizleme İbrahim Bey e ve adını soramadığımız herkese teşekkür ederiz yemekhane ekibine de teşekkür ederiz herşey çok özenliydi yeniden görüşmek üzere ❤️
