素晴らしい体験でした。ウェイターは皆、とても忍耐強く、熱心でした。 スタンダードルームを予約しましたが、フロント係が広いテラス付きの最高の部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。

シャトー・ド・シトー - ラ・キュイエットでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです！素晴らしいロケーションで、美しいブドウ畑と静かな風景に囲まれています。スタッフの皆さんは温かく迎えてくれ、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。お部屋は広々としていてエレガント、そして手入れが行き届いており、素晴らしい景色が望めました。スパは特に素晴らしく、心身ともにリラックスでき、活力を取り戻しました。静かな休暇を過ごすにも、ブルゴーニュの魅力を探求するにも最適です。強くお勧めします！

We booked a Junior Suite, but the room was nothing like the photos. The view was directly onto the hotel parking lot, and the placement of the room made no sense for such a high-tier category. Although there was another room available with a better outlook, the staff refused to move us, saying it was reserved for guests arriving next week – while we were staying for just one night. For the price paid, the quality of the space, the view, and the overall service were clearly not worth it. A very disappointing experience for what is advertised as a luxury stay.

The building and its neighbourhood are fantastic… And the staff is nice… But that’s it! The room are worst than at a Campanille… With no A/C, no shower and not even soap to wash you hands! Not to mention the disgusting and impossible to identify snails in a green puree, to eat the « lemon risotto » with a fork (a soup alike liquid made with standard rice) or to smallow the way to salty « cannette »… Not to mention that we have waited until the meal was almost over to get water and wine (after asking many times)!

A stunning former chateau. beautiful grounds and views. Demian was so incredibly helpful and jolly. we had a flat tyre and he really helped us sort it without any hesitation. Dining room is exquisitely decorated with a period painted ceiling and huge marble fireplace really not to be missed. Its an easy walk into Mersault 7 minutes or so, where there are a few shops and restaurants, many closed first part of the week. Our room was a jr suite spacious and comfortable, with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Some of the rooms had a terrace which would have liked. There was a bath with a shower over it, but no curtain or screen so not easy to use. we didnt use the spa but looked nice. Ample parking. Nice grounds for a stroll. Breakfast not included and was quite expensive so we didnt have it.

The hotel is very dated and needs a renovation. The rooms are ok but not worth the price. However the dinner and the bistro are the jewels and very memorable. Nice service from the restaurant and bar staff.

The rooms are rather standard, but the hotel and the park are beautiful. Dining is expensive but very worthwhile!

My husband and I stayed at hotel la cueillette on 3 and 4 Sep'24. The front desk staff (both day and night shift) were absolutely phenomenal. Not only did they provide fantastic vineyard and restaurant recommendations, they were also very helpful in helping us arranging the tours / visits. They made our stay so enjoyable. Very genuine, lovely people with exceptional service. The Château itself was very quaint, and in great condition. Breakfast was very good (even with free champagne!)

Beware! The management of this hotel felt entitled to charging us for 2 rooms in July, 2024 (my husband and I had reserved one room for 5 days but we were charged for two after a mistaken double-booking). We were speechless when we realized that they had no intention to rectify the situation. No excuses or apologies were ever made; desk managers invoked "management's decision" to double charge even as the second room was resold. We were visiting family in the Burgundy region. What a disappointment to see such dishonesty and how embarrassing for the region of Burgundy. Fortunately there are quaint alternatives who will not expect to show such deceit and lack of professionalism.

We realized when you arrived that you have two different booking. We applied our condition of cancellation which means you have to pay for both reservations. Everything in our stay at La Cueillette was elite. The friendliness of the staff, the spa, the room and the food (especially the Table in the restaurant by chef Takashi), the chateau. Definitely will stay again when visiting the region.

We had a overnight stay here after a long drive back from Spain to Belgium. We arrived later than expected because of traffic issues. The dinner we had was wonderful as well the service to charge our electric car. However: the airco in the room was not sufficient enough or working as should, I had sour milk during breakfast and the coffee and scrambled eggs were absolute disgusting . When mentioned these problems to the staff they argue with us and showed very arrogant behaviour. The outside and vineyards are beautiful but inside the building is rundown and the staff does not care at all or pretends that there are no problems. They clearly don’t accept any kind of feedback or criticism and offered us a cappucino in exchange after we spend 1000 euro’s for one night for 4 persons. In my 15 years of hospitalitywork as a maitre for different restaurants, 4 star hotels and Michelin star restaurants I have never seen or experienced this behaviour before. Clearly they only welcome customers that are French. Apparantly they have no clue what service means and how they should treat customers that aren’t French.
