Overall everything was great. The only issue is that the portable heater in the room didn’t work and the bed was super hard.

Hotel overall was clean. Walking into hotel room we would get a sewer smell. Not sure where the smell was coming from. I didn't like the fact that there was only one outlet to plug in the iron and charge our phones, use my blowdryer and straightener other than the extra outlet in the bathroom. Beds were a little small for being a double. I was expecting them to be closer to a queen size bed. There was a sign that said no outside food but there were no vending machines and if we are just getting to the hotel at midnight and we need a snack we have no other option than to buy outside the hotel and bring it in to eat. Ironically there is a microwave in the room. Some staff wasn’t the friendliest. But overall my stay was good.

Not enough lighting in the room - darker corners No refrigerator No clock in the room No trash can in room, only in bathroom Maid wanted to clean room way before it was time for check out Hot water in shower took a long time to come Everything is very basic, beds, chair, etc. Too modern for my taste - don't like the decor

It is a nice hotel and I wouldn't have had any complaints but the last day we were there I got a pair of earrings stolen out of my bag....when we reported it to the front desk the maid said the room wasn't cleaned that day, when it was definitely cleaned by someone....such a disappointment

The walls are always dirty no matter what room we stay at. The facility looks like it’s been upgraded. I know the pool is not that old and looks very nice. The bathroom sink in our stay wouldn’t drain as it should. The shower head was in the opposite direction which was odd. Staff was friendly and helpful

We had a great experience,great customer service,breakfast is really good,staff in general very helpful,friendly and make you feel very welcome,rooms are big,pleasant and comfortable.
