Stayed here a few times and had no problems 😊

Been here before and will come back again as it's a great place and the patio is very peaceful 😄

Safe area, hotel outside area very clean. Well, at 5:38am, twice that week during our stay we were waken up by a train very close by, I could even hear the wheels making contact with the rails making contact, then at 6:40am, four days. Our mattress was old, uncomfortable, pillows were hard and small. hotel has a restaurant, but no menu in our room, a menu was brought up to us on the fourth day after our stay. Continental breakfast, was the same food every day, eggs mixed with ham, potatoes mixed with bacon and Chilaquiles, my wife is allergic to pork, so she couldn’t eat the food, No refrigerator in the room, so we had our drinks at room temperature. A small coffee maker was also essential in the room, In past travels I have seen hotels with a coffee maker in the room. The cleaning of the bathroom was below standard, during our entire stay the outside wall of the toilet was dirty with old dry drips, I don’t recommend this hotel because of the price per night, there are many more hotels in the same area.

Couldn’t arrive to due to line and hotel would not issue refund . Even though I had paid the $8 per guest insurance coverage.This is bad business. Even ******* tried to call the property because I needed to cancel only few one hour after booking and they refused. The management refused. I usually travel to mexicali 2 or 3 times a year and stay there only to sleep and leave but never again.

The Good: Staff and service was great. Check In was super fast, large parking area, garden area was nice, pool was super clean. Security station checking every car entering the parking area. Water pressure in the shower was the best part The Bad: Rooms are pretty small, including the restroom, the tv was also tiny the mini split had a weird odor every time we turned it on. Parking area is gated but its really dark at night. Seems like the only lights left on at night are the hallway lights.

No plugs to charge your devices. Only in the restroom. Complained and they had me wait for over an hr while he checked people in and when I got tired of waiting for the endless like of guests checking in he said I can’t get a refund. Then proceeded to give me an “upgrade” “much better room” and the room was the same and it was dirty. Hair in the shower and sink. I will never stay here again. They only had one person at the front desk and he clearly was struggling. Many people in the back and not one came out to help.

Locally centered hotel with great breakfast and safe parking lot. Would stay there again.

The property is close to the west crossing border. Very easy to access. Several local restaurants nearby.

I didn’t like the fact that there was only one toilet paper more then half of a roll they usually leave a new one maybe the house keeper forgot
