ホテル ニューヨーク(Hotel New York Ciudad de Mexico)

真的是一般般，房間裏什麼都沒有，位置也很偏僻，沒有安全感。還很吵。

Me gustó la estancia. La cama muy cómoda para descansar. La ubicación es tranquila y muy cerca de Bellas Artes. El costo es muy accesible. Sólo cuando llegué a mi habitación, esta no tenía toallas ni tuve WiFi. Pero nada que no se pudiera resolver haciéndolo saber a la recepción. En general es un buen lugar para descansar. Me volvería a hospedar allí.

I’ve stayed at Hotel New York many times and I’ll keep going back. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Check-in and check out is fast. The rooms are clean, housekeeping made daily and has a safe for your valuables. The rooms are simple but clean. Come prepared, bring your toiletries as you only get a small bar soap. The area is safe and quiet. That’s my personal experience. Lots to do around hotel, restaurants, convenience stores, subways, etc all near by. About a pleasant 1/2 hr walk to Historic Center. This trip we came across (it had never happened before), some noisy guests just outside the elevator. I did call them out though. Like come on! Keep it quiet, people are trying to sleep at 5:30 am! This a hotel where families with kids and elders stay. Show some respect and courtesy for other guests. There a clear signs on each floor and as you exit each elevator to be quiet in guest room floors. This however has been the only time though I’ve heard noisy guests. The other trips, other guests were respectful. Hotel is not to be blamed though for noisy and disrespectful guests. As always my over all experience at Hotel New York is always pleasant. I will return.

En general nos gusto mucho el hotel, buena atención del personal, cama cómoda, limpieza muy buena, internet y señal buena. El único detalle y que si es muy necesario es: algún ventilador como mínimo, si no van a climatizar el Hotel, por que en la CDMX ya se siente mucho calor, espero volver pronto y que ya hayan resuelto ese detalle.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Lo único que dan es jabón, no hay agua, no hay champu. Pero por lo que se paga está bien.

En general bien la estancia. La ubicación es excelente y la comodidad del cuarto en general muy bien. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero limpias. No tuve temas para trabajar desde la habitación pero sí le falta velocidad al internet.

En su totalidad esta muy bien el hotel. Los cuartos estan limpios y agradables. Los trabajadores muy serviciales y cortezes. Todo esta muy limpio. La ubicacion no puede ser mejor, estas cerca de muchas opciones de transporte publico y es muy facil agarrar un taxi en la zona. Solo un detalle. Los canales de television no son de los mejores. Aun asi, me volvere a quedar alli.

Hotel bien ubicado, de cómodo acceso al centro, reforma y plaza de la revolución.

The New York Hotel Manager stole my cooking lighter utensil tool bought for using for cooking on the stove, ZARA Men’s clothes and pants I bought inside ZARA stores in shopping malls in Mexico City in 2019 and 2020 and are never worn but was inside my luggage in the New York Hotel Room, 1 lady’s white size xs T-shirt and some clothes, 1 pair of light color lady’s shoes I bought in a shopping mall in downtown Mexico City and kept using my name to get customers to stay in the hotel even after I told her that I do not want it.
