良いロケーション。 ASU とソルト リバー フロント、テンピのダウンタウンの近くにあります。美しいホテル。しかし、特に客室には経年劣化が見られました。しかし、私たちは再びそこに滞在します。

サービススタッフの態度がとても良い

私たちの滞在は、バレーパーキングから始まるサービス、クイックチェックイン、バーの食事、朝のトレーニングとそれに続く素晴らしい朝食ブランチに至るまで、5つ星でした。私たちの部屋はとても快適で、ベッドは素晴らしかったです。私たちが提案できる唯一の推奨事項は、室内のコーヒーの品揃えを増やすことです。

Gorgeous outside Room could use more amenities and high quality items, ie better in room cofffee, real glasses instead of paper.

Bed comfortable, good water pressure. Flight path, you can hear planes. Overall good stay, would recommend.

My stay was an enjoyable getaway. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was a college town. I enjoyed the atmosphere but my only regret was that I didn’t get to stay longer because I honestly didn’t want to leave the comforts of their bed.

We loved staying at the Tempe Mission Palms. It really was the BEST location for our weekend at the Innings Festival. Such a quick walk to the grounds (I even walked back once to use a cleaner bathroom). The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and bars and we felt safe walking late at night. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The only complaint would be that we couldn't cool the room as much as we would have liked. It was reasonably cool but we both like a cooler room as we are hot sleepers. Despite my son setting the thermostat to 60, it never got cool enough to keep from having to throw off covers several times. This was not enough to deter me from any future stays as otherwise a great hotel!

We stayed here during Innings Festival and the hotel was in perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see.

The staff was unbelievably helpful and attentive. The hotel is older with staff that have worked their a longtime which is always a great sign. The hotel smells so nice when you walk in and i loved the courtyard with all the orange trees. Our room had a courtyard view and you can open the door to look out or for fresh air which was great with the cool mornings and evenings. The pool and fitness center are on the second floor and there is a bar you can order drinks and food from that they will deliver wherever you're sitting at the pool. They also have two hot tubs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Loved the pool area and the beautiful courtyard!! Staff was excellent and helpful!! 10/10 from me!!

Everything was great other then the workers striking ever day from 6:30am -8am (banging drums). The striking workers very polite.

This property is truly unique--not like a standard hotel. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. We ate at both restaurants which were good. I did the history tour with Summer. It was nice learning more about the property's interesting history.

I was in Tempe for an event at ASU. The property is walkable to campus and downtown Tempe. There are a variety of coffee and eating options within just a few minutes walking. The pool and spa area look back to Hayden's Butte and the water temperatures were great. The shuttle to the airport was timely. The price point was a bit high due to events in the area, but overall a great stay.
