カーサ コンテス(Casa Comtesse)

We loved our stay at Casa Comtesse. The location, the staff, the accommodations, the breakfast and cocktails, and the hotel’s ambience were perfecto. We also really love the Condesa neighborhood for walking, restaurants, shops, parks and for access to the rest of the city. We would stay ant Casa Comtesse again and again!

Casa Comtesse is lovely, well located, and we felt safe and well cared for. The breakfast is fresh and healthy and we enjoyed meeting other travelers and sharing tips. We did not seek much advice, but when we did they were very helpful. We hired a guide (Juan) through Casa for Teotihuacán and he was fantastic. Recommend.

We loved our stay here. Super comfortable, lovely backyard to have coffee in, and the homemade breakfasts were wonderful each morning. Beautiful art adorning all the walls. And a unique and delicious mezcal tasting to boot! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Beautiful rooms, courtyard, common areas. Staff is so kind. Fabulous oasis to come back to.

Have to agree with all the many positive reviews:wonderful helpful staff, convenient location, spacious indoor common area and outdoor patio, great breakfast where you meet interesting people. We spent one night in very small room, (would feel small for extended stay) and 4 nights in a very large room with sitting area overlooking patio. Bed was super comfortable. Free Netflix and YouTube on tv.

Great location for day trips north to the pyramids or south to Freda’s house. Beautiful amazing old restored house! Antiques around every corner! Alex was great and Lucy created wonderful breakfasts all 4 days. Fantastic place!!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and just like home! Alex took exceptional care, showing us around all the amazing rooms. Lucy fixed great breakfasts, and all the rest of the staff were friendly! Each evening we would walk from here to the Avenue Amsterdam and explore the garden paths and all the shops and restaurants!

We spent five nights in this wonderful small hotel in Jan 2024. The room was spacious, pristine, calming and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Breakfasts were varied, freshly prepared and delicious. Our fellow travellers were interesting and friendly, making breakfast a joyful start to each day. The staff are warm and helpful.

Cass Comtesse gave us a warm welcome and plenty of useful local advice. The hotel is well situated, within easy walking of local cafes etc, and not too far from the metro/buses. Our room was huge, furnished with interesting period pieces, and comfortable, with wide windows onto the inner courtyard. Breakfast around the communal table is a highlight, swapping tips with fellow travellers and enjoying the special Mexican dish of the day. We hope to return.
