Great relaxing stay and can have access to amenities even after checkout.

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful environment. The touchiness wellness technology was very interesting and gave a very relaxing treatment. The lockers were secure and the showers were spacious. I really enjoyed my visit to the spa.

What an unbearable hotel experience! We stayed at this hotel as a family of four, having booked two apartments. This place in a run-down stage. Arriving at this hotel, your firstly confronted with bored people at the reception desk. There are substantial renovation needs in each apartment. They don‘t even have plain water in the room. The air condition makes unbearable noises. In the shower you can chose between being burned or being frozen. The reception desk is not accessible by phone - you always reach a computer system and you can leave messages. The à la carte breakfast is big disappointment: for a plain orange juice they charge 7 $, the bread is toasted too long and is completely dry. In brief, this hotel is just a big disappointment. It does not belong to the league of premium hotels, it does not deserve its stars. There are many convincing alternatives: St. Regis or the Aqualina. Avoid this place.

Carillon, is truly the definition of your high end Oasis. Being a local, from arrival to departure we never felt that we were actually in Miami. We stayed for 2 nights, celebrating my wife's birthday and it was just the perfect staycation. Overly relaxed grounds, fantastic service. Everyone recognized it was her birthday and made her feel so special! We were received, by valet and later checked in by Sonia who was phenomenal throughout the entire stay! They left an amazingly customized amenity for her and the stay just continued to be cherry-topped every time! The spa grounds were amazing, so detailed, so calm, so perfect! the spa team left no rock unturned - information was just so thorough and matching of the actual services they provide. Very well equipped gym and the saunas were just awesome. Shoutout to Cyrus and team! Lastly, a massive thanks to Patrick and his team for curating such a meaningful experience to ALL of their guests. From Hotelier to Hoteliers - thank you for making m wife's Bday and whole stay so perfect! Kudos to you all! After 3yrs of longing to visit Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, it completely blew me away! The wellness offerings are beyond anything I’ve experienced, with incredible biotech like the Somadome, V.E.M.I., BioCharger, and Wellsystem Wave Massage. The circuit I experienced with these cutting-edge therapies was pure bliss and deep healing, an unforgettable journey into relaxation and rejuvenation. The Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit was a true gem! I spent hours soaking in serenity, even indulging in a peaceful power catnap on their heated loungers. This is absolutely my heaven! And the private beach? Pure magic. With beach loungers, towel, and umbrella service, plus the warmest waters, it felt like being whisked away to the Bahamas. Absolute paradise! The entire team was simply incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and so warm-hearted. Special thanks to Nancy, who was the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever met! She knew every detail about each biotech I experienced and guided me with unmatched expertise and care. Blown away by her wisdom. From the luxurious beach service, the Cabana Pool, to the complimentary valet, everything was seamless and elevated. I spent the whole day at Carillon, and it’s easily the best wellness experience I’ve had in Miami, and one of the most unforgettable I’ve ever experienced anywhere! 🌟 5 stars all the way—Carillon Miami is a magical wellness haven that left me overflowing with joy and gratitude!

Fantastic hotels, staff everything! Jen our server at the beach was absolutely wonderful! Came for a spa day. It was absolutely wonderful food service at the spa and beach. Highly recommended as a local attraction and quick getaway, 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Pilates Instructor at The Carillon Miami Beach Wellness Resort: Esther Armendaiz. If you go to this amazing Hotel with tons of incredible classes and instructors all day long you must take one of Esther Armendaiz’s Pilates classes. Esther is by far one of the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk into her class you feel her positive energy and genuine passion that she brings to Pilates. Her attention to form is impeccable but most importantly Esther takes the time to get to know each student and offers personalized feedback which makes a difference. Her positive attitude and encouragement makes every single class you take with her beyond enjoyable. I always feel empowered after each class. Her classes are consistently creative especially with her special props and some with great motivational music! Esther is truly special and has a gift for teaching that you have to experience while at The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.

Our experience was amazing! We had a massage at the spa (wish some of the spa amenities were working, as the foot spa and the sauna were not working), and then took time at the beach, where Jennifer, our hostess was amazing!!!!🤩 She was kind and courteous, taking the time to ask about what we needed.
