The reception staff is not very cheerful and didn't smiling for customers and has a dry manner .The sea is very beautiful

The room is outdated and poorly maintained. It’s only somewhat clean. Check in was poor communication. We were told parking was free then we were told we needed to pay $38 for parking. Then we had to go back and forth between and office and security desk while pregnant and with a toddler to get our parking validated. We were given the wrong gate code for the beach. The area is nice but this was not worth the price we paid and would not stay here again

Just a place to sleep. Resort fees too high for a broken pool and not much amenities. The bar is nice.

They advertise a pool but it has been closed since last July, washer and dryer didn’t work, not clean, needs to have holes fixed

I had the queen bed with double sleeper beach view. The balcony and the view were amazing at a good value. The room was reasonably sized and it had a nice kitchen & closet space. The hear and air system did not seem to work at all, bathroom was in progress of getting finished and not as clean as major hotel chains. You get what you pay for. The lobby is very outdated and moldy smelling. The location was hard to get into with a car but it was not as loud as south and north beach.

Safety is biggest concern. We were given keys of apartment and the same was assigned to someone else. We both had access to one appartment. Terrible. Is it not? Rooms are not quiet at all. Flush doesn't work, The response from management was to wait for the water to go away and they had time as well... that is 6 minutes. They didn't repair or fix. Air conditioner know was broken and can not control your room temperature. Not enough blankets. Over all Poor management and onsite staff. I would highly recommend to pick another property in the locality.

The Hotel was dirty and outdated. The pictures on the website is not what the room looks like. The couch was all stained I wouldn’t even sit on it. It was suppose to be furnished with pots and pans and had one pan. The fridge had only one shelf and to top it off the pool was not open. There was no way me and my family could stay there for 7 days. We were supposed to have a private balcony and had one huge one that six different rooms had to share. We went to leave and the elevators did not work had to drag our luggage down the stairs. Every time I went down to speak to someone there were several people down there complaining. This place was an absolute joke. I stay in Miami every year and this place was the absolute worst place ever

Rooms were not clean. Trash bag was not empty from previous customers. AC / heater wasn’t working.

SO I HAD MY FAMILY AND I HAD TO STAY FOR A WEEK SINCE WE MISSED OUR CRUISE SHIP. WE HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL TIME ON THE BEACH EACH DAY! THERE IS A BAR, GROCERY STORE AND LAUNDRY ON THE PREMISES SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE! EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIVE! WE MISSED OUR SHIP BUT STILL HAD AN AMAZING STAY AT NEW POINT!
