I loved everything, very good location and service. A little nuance: the pool area is quite small, there are often wasn’t enough sun-beds for all guests.

Love the location of the hotel. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I wish hotel staff haves us more information at the check-in like that our stay included beach, chairs, and umbrellas. There was a sign at the reception but we overlooked it at the check in as we arrived sleepy and tired after long flight. We ended up paying for them at the beach since we didn’t know they were free. Also, there was a group of us staying in different rooms and We booked the same type of rooms but the amenities seem to be different in every room. One had the coffee maker, another robes and slippers, third had robes but not sleepers. My room had a beautiful view of trash bins and had none of amenities. It was nice to find out there was a free coffee by the pool in the morning, but again we were not informed of that at the check in.

The people there were so friendly they made my birthday special sending me champagne I would definitely come back!

We booked the hotel off location. We looked at the pictures and reviews. We arrived and did not expect the overall poor quality of the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was uneven. The room was freezing. When asked how to make it warmer, they said there was no heat in the hotel. We even took out the batteries to the ac and it still ran super cold. We basically paid just for The location.

Reliable property in a safe distance to convention center and nightlife. Top notch staff.

Tired, not that clean, great housekeeping, not a value hotel and no bells and whistles. You can do much better and are paying for a location across from the national hotel.

The bed sheets had stains on them, beds themselves were quite small and very springy mattresses - not very comfortable. The staff were fine, not very friendly. The area is fantastic for what we had planned, the cafes around the hotel were incredible.

The air condition has operating issues. Made noise and control of temp didn't work. Noise from outside late into the night made it hard to sleep well.

Hotel is a boutique hotel, room was fine, but the bathroom was as small as a closet.
