The hotel is well located and the decor is elegant, but it lacks basic things. There was no water to drink in the room, either as a courtesy or even for a fee. The bed linen scratched the skin as did the towels. The room we stayed in was close to the street and did not have sound insulation, which is super necessary since Miami has a lot of noisy cars and motorcycles. The minibar made a lot of noise at night and the air conditioning doesn't go below 19°, which is necessary after a sunny day at the beach. Breakfast was paid for in a restaurant next door, but it is not advantageous since the price of the things we were entitled to because we were staying were the same for non-guests. Oh, this hotel doesn't offer umbrellas. The hotel staff are very kind and polite.

I have to write a review about this hotel. It is small but perfect in the Art Deco district. We were given a room on the first floor and despite my concern it turned out to be clean, well lit, and very quiet. I love everything about this boutique hotel. It was just renovated so it is clean, all new facilities, and great little restaurant next door. And the location is unbeatable. I love that it is not on Ocean drive but on a smaller street with night life activities. The hubby and I sat on the front poarch at night just to watch people and listening to music coming from all directions with a little breeze here and there. it felt just perfect. I cannot explain the vibe but it felt like I was in the 1920s Havana. and lastly, the staff is bilingual and Spanish seems to be the primary language so it makes it even more special and cultural and international. highly recommend this place.

This is a very comfortable hotel located in the busy center of Collins Ave, South Beach. Even though it’s in the heart of the action the rooms are quiet. They are also large with a good sized shower. The staff is quite friendly and helpful although English is not spoken much. Spanish speakers are the norm in Miami. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t worry. You’ll be able to communicate ok. I recommend this hotel as it is clean, comfortable, close to the beach and restaurants and reasonably priced considering the area. Enjoy!

Positive: great location (close to the beach, restaurants and shopping) * clean (only once the cleaning lady forgot to clean the coffee cups) * nice pool with jaccuzzi * beach chairs and towels included * very attentive and lovely restaurant staff that went all the way to make my daughter happy, not forgetting her birthday and preparing little things for her * breakfast very tasty and beautifully arranged * Negative: poor to non-existing English level of the employees (one guy at the reception spoke quite good but he was an exception) * terribly inefficient breakfast system (we had to go and ask EVERY DAY for a voucher, as if they couldn‘t give us all of them on day 1; their explanation made no sense but it could have been the lack of English skills of the lady who was checking us in) * zero care for the environment (towels changed every day without giving me a chance of saying no, aircon switched on with an open window, despite me switching it off every day) * terrible check-in that took more than 30 mins because the lady tried to charge me for a cancelled booking, although I have prepaid the following one * hotel doesn‘t have its own restaurant so breakfast is served in a normal restaurant next door, where only 4 menu choices are given, 3 of which were sweet, therefore I ate the same every day for a week

This was our first time in Miami. We were a family of 8 celebrating our twin daughters’ 21st birthday and it was our Mardi Gras break. Con is parking. There is no hotel parking. We did end up parking in a parking lot close to our hotel, as on-street parking was full and limited. Being this was our first time, we rented a car, but next time we will not. Easier to Uber and there was plenty to do in walking distance. Everything else is pros. The hotel is fresh, updated and clean. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly front desk. They always welcomed us back as we went to and from the hotel and were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions or recommendations. This is a fantastic location. Our age group was 12 to 61. Great location to the beach, restaurants, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Ave (shopping). I felt safe which was important to me and I loved that this was a smaller hotel which seemed to give us extra care and attention (made us feel special). We booked a boat tour of Miami that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the hotel. The hotel provides beach/pool towels and chairs which was a nice feature. The roof top pool was clean and nice, but not especially impressive. Good area for small kids to swim and it does have a hot tub. It was ok, but we didn’t spend much time there. The hotel itself I would give a 10/10 and would recommend. We would definitely stay again. February was also a beautiful time of year to visit- perfect weather and not too crowded.

The attention of the employees is special. They help and guide you in whatever you need. Mercedes is very, very friendly and attentive. They make the stay more enjoyable. I recommend this accommodation for its location and comfort

Spacious and comfortable rooms, delicately decorated in a cozy atmosphere. The pool with its rooftop is incredible, well above average, with super comfortable chairs and towels that you wish have at home! The lobby keeping the historical fireplace it is just magical!!!! Friendly and professional staff that made my stay perfect!. No doubt that I will come back, and recommended 100%.

I would definitely stay here again. The room is beautiful, just like the pictures. It would have been nice if they had water in the room or at the front desk or perhaps a stocked minibar. I was incredibly thirsty and needed water. It wasn’t a big deal though since there is a Walgreens next door.

Perfect for a getaway to South Beach. Far enough away from noise/crowds but close enough to walk to everything on Collins and Ocean Blvd
