Positive: great location (close to the beach, restaurants and shopping) * clean (only once the cleaning lady forgot to clean the coffee cups) * nice pool with jaccuzzi * beach chairs and towels included * very attentive and lovely restaurant staff that went all the way to make my daughter happy, not forgetting her birthday and preparing little things for her * breakfast very tasty and beautifully arranged *
Negative: poor to non-existing English level of the employees (one guy at the reception spoke quite good but he was an exception) * terribly inefficient breakfast system (we had to go and ask EVERY DAY for a voucher, as if they couldn‘t give us all of them on day 1; their explanation made no sense but it could have been the lack of English skills of the lady who was checking us in) * zero care for the environment (towels changed every day without giving me a chance of saying no, aircon switched on with an open window, despite me switching it off every day) * terrible check-in that took more than 30 mins because the lady tried to charge me for a cancelled booking, although I have prepaid the following one * hotel doesn‘t have its own restaurant so breakfast is served in a normal restaurant next door, where only 4 menu choices are given, 3 of which were sweet, therefore I ate the same every day for a week
