Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0. Have a good day.

ホテルは写真に写っていた近くにはありませんでした。部屋はカビの臭いがし、バスルームは汚れていて臭いがあり、カーペットは臭いました。建物の正面やロビーエリアには人々が徘徊していました。騒がしかったです。隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえました。恐ろしい体験です！

部屋は荒廃していて汚れていました。ひどい臭いがした。ベッドには毛布がありませんでした。ベッドは岩の上で寝ているように感じました。私が宿泊した他の部屋のように、窓には遮光カーテンがありませんでした。フロントデスクの女性は非常に失礼でした。部屋の半分の照明が点灯しませんでした。テレビロンパースが物理的に壊れていました。一晩中隣の人の電話も含めてすべてが聞こえますお金の無駄です

私はすべての仕事で旅行に ******* を使用していますが、そのようなホテルは経験したことがありません。ホテルを出て別の宿泊施設にチェックインしました。このホテルをリストから外すことを強くお勧めします。ひどい場所です。

Nothing is good in this place, the elevator was scary conditions, cleaning is so bad that I couldn't stay the second night is a no no I had to go to another hotel

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Very dirty. Loud noises all night. Hole in the wall. Roaches. Room floor sticky. Elevator has gunk in corner. Linen stained. Staff not pleasant. Lousy wifi. Paid for two nights but had to leave after one night because it felt as if I was in a prison block. The staff said they couldn't give me a refund only switch rooms but I was not willing to take a chance on staying there another night.

This is perhaps the worst booking you can find on *******. I checked in and checked out immediately because I value my family’s health and safety over anything. I should have listened to all the bad reviews so if you’re reading this, every single bad review is true. This place is very misleading showing you nice pictures but the property is far from what they show you. When we drove up to the property there was people out front smoking and drinking and playing loud music. On the parking lot of the property there’s people living in their cars and someone had a saw cutting metal parts from a car, not sure if it was their car. People live in the hotel, it seems like a homeless shelter or halfway house. Very dirty, footprints on the walls of the room, horrible smell, room looked like a crime scene. The girls at front desk didn’t bother to ask if we wanted a different room or apologize for the condition of the room. I asked for a refund because this is unacceptable for any person to live in those conditions but they refused. I feel sorry for the people who live here, as we were leaving a little boy said to us “I don’t blame you for not staying here.” ******* has done nothing to remedy the situation. I don’t expect them to they have horrible customer service.

It just was awful. Damaged furniture in the room and a bathroom so dirty (mold and tiles falling off the wall) that I did not even use the shower. Keurig coffee maker but no pods, mugs or cups in the entire room. Elevators scary. No restaurant on site or within walking distance. Picture on ******* very misleading.

the outside looks good, the inside the lobby floor were sticky and there was a musty smell, the bed frame were coming off and you could see the wood, mattresses were uncomfortable, terrible and lazy front desk reception, waited for an hour to be checked in, room had roaches and bugs, had to keep the lights on the whole night and just waited for the morning to check out and find another hotel
