It was my first experience over here it was really good the service is very good and also staff is very cooperative ,rooms are neat and clean …house keeping was very supportive also there food was fabulous..the main thing hotel is very big nd near to mall road which is good thing for us ..see you next time …seema,mr balvir rana really helpful to us

Shiva continental is a beautiful property and with an amazing view of nature and hills. The food is very good and people ensure they leave nothing behind when it comes to Hospitality.and mall road is also good and mr pratham and simran was very cooperative other staff also good 👍 thank you the shiva continental ❤️

Amazing hotel ! Delicious food.. the staff was really cooperative and well behaved . We also played table tennis and chess that was kinda fun… amazing cloudy view from the balcony… the owner was really respectful and told us about the places we could visit nearby. Much recommended !

Won't advise at all for this hotel. The staff isn't professional at all and doesn't take responsibility for their own mistake. Services were way below the average, so was the food. Much better options are available in mussoorie.

Stayed there a few days ago. Lost an item and raised a complaint. Some other guest stole or might have picked it up but the hotel staff didn’t bother to help. Forget about helping, the entire staff refused to take responsibility for it even though the item got misplaced at their premises. Worst experience, wouldn’t recommend anyone to book there stay here.

Very good and convinient experience clean and well maintained rooms with quick service.staff members were kind and quick to provide any kind of service.i am glad that i stayed in shiva continental, i also stayed in other hotels in mussoorie but it was the best.

Overall good hotel. Good location. Have limited parking space good enough to accomodate 4-5 cars. Very close to mall road. They have a beautiful nursery as well. Rooms are spacious but basic. Book super deluxe room if looking for a view. Menu is overpriced they should re-look at the pricing. Driver who parked the car started asking for kharcha pani which was quite awkward.

I stayed there for two days at super deluxe room with balcony. The room is okay but the issue with the bathroom. Bathroom small in size and very stinky due to seepage. The food was okay but they serve breakfast after 8:30 AM. The location of hotel is not so good situated at Palace picture end of the mall Road. If you want to go to library chowk only option is by walk and that is around 2 km. Mountain View from the balcony is not so good. Looks back yard of the hotel from the balcony.

Very convenient location, near Mall road but yet accessible by cab. Clean and reasonable sized rooms, polite and helpful staff. We visited in May 2023. Great view from balcony in Room. Lot of variety in breakfast everyday.

I stayed good seven days at The Shiva Continental. It’s right in middle of everything yet had absolutely quiet rooms. The balcony offered a gorgeous view with perfect morning sunlight. What stood out the most was their accommodating, warm staff. They we all very attentive and made sure that everything was in place for my best experience. Wud absolutely stay there again :)

Hotel is situated close to Mall road. Rooms and bathrooms are ok....Breakfast is good. Their flower nursery is nice to stroll around. They were kind enough to courier my dress left in the room's closet.

excellent stay. The hotel staff is quite helpful :) Amit Singh, the restaurant manager is an excellent professional, helped us during the breakfast with very little things. The hotel manager offered my mother a stay for 3-4 hours during the daytime for free, since we checked out way too early and we had to leave in the evening. Highly recommended.

We stayed here at Shiva Continental for 5 nights. The stay was just so amazing with the hotel being clean, staff were prompt in their services. The room was very neat and tidy. And the main highlight being every room has a private balcony with a mountain view. for that matter you have a sight of the mountains from wherever you are in the hotel. Coming to the food, overall the food was nice but the Dal makhani and dum aloo Kashmiri took our heart away. I will remember the entire stay as it has become a beautiful memory.

We had a very nice stay at shiva Continental hotel mussoorie, we went there for a Holiday with our friend's, we had booked two super deluxe rooms, we got the room's as we expected, as we entered 404,405 room's the room's were very clean and the attached balcony in the room makes it feel even better, it is a different pleasure to see the forest form the balcony.the view was very beautiful, breakfast in the morning was very good with unlimited buffet.the hotel also has indoor games to play like table tennis, carrom, chess ,etc.the staff is very nice I'm very much thankful to mr Manoj achretta who got our rooms cleaned in front of them and made us feel pleasant in fear of covid by providing very good service thank you very much, I will tell everyone about this hotel and ask to come here.
