除了掛壁空調有點吵，其他都很好。

Absolutely beautiful place! Everything is in walking distance. Staff was amazing! Will be staying again in the future!

This place is a gem! We spent the night here before our cruise. The staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. There is an onsite restaurant that is very good. Prices vary from pricey for high end dinner options to reasonable for other items. Our room was very comfortable and made us feel very welcome. We will make Miami Lakes Hotel our South Florida place to stay going forward. 5 stars!!!

Upon walking in the front desk didn’t have all rooms ready till after 5 and we were told 4pm the guy at the front desk was very professional but was difficult with giving directions to the rooms, we were asked if we wanted our rooms close and on the same floor.. we got the same floor but rooms were no where near each other. also the shower pressure in the room was terrible hardly water coming out the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bed was comfortable but both were different from each other.

My terrible ratings were due to the ridiculous reservation I made thru 3rd party however also the hotels fault for cancelling my reservation when I spoke with the hotel staff many hours to confirm my reservation which they said they will keep for me but lied and cancelled it on me then blaming the 3rd party. All other hotels were booked out and this cancellation ruined my night with no place to sleep. Very poor way of lying to your customer.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years when it was Shula’s; it still smells the same and carries the same vibe! I love it there.

The cleaning crew were talking loudly, slamming doors since 7 am woke us up and we clouldn't rest. So inconsiderate

Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. Although, a room for early check-in was not available, they did everything in their power to find something as I was sick. The facilities were well kept and well situated within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shops, and even a CVS. It was a lovely stay, and could not recommend this hotel enough.
