I had the most terrible experience at the buffet breakfast. The restaurant is so crowded and no one to arrange the table. So I found an empty table by myself and used my water bottle and sanitizer to chop the seat.After I got my food back, I found my seat was taken by three children, I told their mom that I don’t want to share the table with their whole family as I am eating my breakfast alone. Then the family who has taken my seats/table started to attack me, in disgusting words and shouting at me.
There’s only one staff come after while, then another staff come, and they didn’t say anything, just asked them to calm down and finish the breakfast.
I left and didn’t finish my breakfast as I was attacked nonstop.
Hotel has later sent an fruit plate, that’s all. However I think they do have huge problems in onsite management.
I think I will never stay in any of Hilton hotels anymore as the experience is so terrible!
