Travelodge Manchester Birch M62 Eastbound

Grim - avoid if possible Checked in ok once the receptionist had stopped talking to her friend. Room was either freezing or stifling hot when heating turned on . Couldn't find a happy medium. Just about passable for clean if your standards are low. No hot water for shower in the morning and no water at all in the sink from the hot water tap. No one on reception when we walked past so difficult to complain. Would stay elsewhere next time and avoid Travelodge if I can, not that they care.

Amazing stay! Chloe and Kelly on reception were really good help, they was there whenever needed. The housekeepers both called Michelle got me extra towels and changed bins for me whenever I asked. Such a clean hotel and smiles all round from staff. Will defiantly recommend staying here.

Amazing every time I come. Especially Aleesha who booked me in. 5* staff are amazing, if they can't help you. Problem will be resolved and make the trip to your room for reassurance. Definitely come back again. Affordable and peaceful. Aleesha your a credit to the company. Thank you.

A very warm welcome by the girls at front desk Chloe & Aleesha. They were very professional and made sure all our requests were fulfilled. A lovely room close by the motorway. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for being so kind and helpful x

I have just arrived home after another fantastic stay at this hotel my room was good as always and a very good price considering it was the bank holiday weekend free parking is included and the staff here are some of the nicest people you could wish to meet

The staff have been very helpful. The hotel was full on arrival and we requested a move nearer to reception and Lavinia helped us to move once a room become available. The hotel is clean and presentable. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family

The room was dirty with someone else’s hair on the bed and loads of it. The door did not even lock properly and the bathroom was filthy . I am saddened as I have used Travelodge numerous times recently

Stayed here overnight for work. Clean hotel and really helpful staff. We broke down the next morning Lavinia on the front desk was really helpful and delivered a great service to me and my colleague. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Lavinia a credit to your company
