部屋は清潔で、掃除の女性は親切ですが、ホテルからメールの返信がありません。ホテルに何度も問い合わせましたが、まだ返信がありません

ホテルではありません。むしろ賃貸マンションっぽい。適切な受信ができません。朝食サービスはございません。皿、ボウル、スプーン、フォーク、さらにはカップさえも使用したり借りたりしてはなりません。スーペリアルームを予約したのですが、何が他の部屋よりも「より優れている」のかわかりません。追加の設備はありません。このエリアは少し危険な場所にあるため（すべての国のほとんどの鉄道駅と同様）、多くの指示がありアパートに入るのは少し難しいです。午後9時頃にその場所に戻ると、物乞いが追いかけてきました。何度もベルを鳴らしてドアが開くのを待っていると、ホームレスの人は私たちにお金をせびり、体を触り始めました。良い経験ではありませんでした。

ミラノ中央駅や公共交通機関に近い絶好のロケーション。チェックインの手順にはビデオリンクとPDFが付いています。手順がスムーズに進むように、事前に手順を確認しておくと価値があります。そうしないと、すべてのドアが少し混乱する可能性があります。しかし、必要に応じて電話すれば助けが得られると思います。唯一少し残念だったのは朝食で、コーヒー、オレンジジュース、クロワッサンはどれも美味しかったですが、私にとって朝食とは言えませんでした。

This stay was for a weekend trip for my daughter and I. Although the hotel was under construction, we overlooked it. The comfort and cleanliness of our room plus the friendly staff made up for it. Will stay again.

To call this property hotel, is incredibly charitable .a sign 2/12x2/12’ with the letters AI is all that hangs outside. A few minutes passed till finally the “receptionist” buzzed us open. An elevator from the early 20th century took us to the third floor , which is the hotel in this very old residential building. Room very small but clean and neat. However, it took but minutes to find a water leak in the bathroom, which necessitated moving us to another , smaller room. When I asked for some compensation , I was told that I ordered a standard room and that the leaky room was actually an upgrade. The area around the hotel was repeatedly noted by the taxi and Uber drivers as very unsafe. The “Free Breakfast” was at a small restaurant OUTSIDE the hotel some 50 or so yards away( nothing stated on the booking page) and consisted of coffee, pastry and glass of orange juice . No receptionist at night. Stating that the property is over priced at cost of 204 euros per night is a monumental understatement .

It is a b & b business with no one at the facility, we canceled Airbnb bookings to switch with the hope that a staff will meet us late at night, but it was stressful experience to say the least to have no staff on the ground. There was no indication on the listing that the hotel is remote operated, very disappointed on that regard.

What a cute hotel! A short walk from Centrale station. It doesn’t have a traditional reception, but check in was automated and easy and my emails were answered very quickly. The check in instructions were very easy to follow. The room is compact, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, in room safe, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, tea bags etc. The bathroom is so cute, but again, has everything needed, including a bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and magnified mirror. I would definitely stay again. Recommended.

It was hard to find. No visible entrance… awning with the name, etc. It was all locked up. Our taxi driver had to use his cellphone to call in, my cell wasn’t getting internet access. Otherwise, once we got in, it was fine😊
