房間大小不大 有廁所 但隔音不好 走廊有人講話可以明顯聽到 五樓會有類似抽風的聲音在走廊 個人是覺得還好但要看個人 我朋友住電梯旁也聽到到電梯打開有人說話的聲音 房間算乾淨舒服 位置還算方便 離車站不遠 如果覺得累可以坐公車 大概兩三站吧 旁邊就有吃的跟商區可以逛

One night at Neuchatel to explore. Hotel very welcoming but room contained a frustrating coffee machine that refused to work properly... probably 'user error'! The bar downstairs was a very suitable fallback.

Better than we expected based on other reviews, comfortable and clean which is all we were really looking for at this price point; good value for Neuchâtel. Couple of annoyances: although the room has an espresso maker, you have to pay 1- CHF per coffee capsule (not mentioned on the property/room details) which I’ve never seen before in a hotel. Also the hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work.

During my stay no tidy in my room, a lot of mosquito in room, very lack of room factiliy for example: water boile….and no change towel and bed sheet

The location of this hotel is good, close to shops and the lake. Unfortunately there wasn't any parking left so had to park 300 m away. The room was spacious, there was even a closed-in balcony. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. Didn't have breakfast.

I had to pay in the day of check in, while i normally pay at check out. A receipt or ticket were not available in €. The room was spartan but the toilet was freshly renewed.

Room spacious and clear, not AC but was very comfy Breakfast is apart but price is fair. Staff is super, they do any thing to make your stay happy. Very close from the train station and stop buses are just few steps from the hotel. Also you can walk to downtown and take a nice boat ride. Nice town and hotel.

This hotel is extremely clean with friendly and efficient service. It's conveniently located close to major points of interest and transport links (5 minutes from the train station and the city centre). A great feature was the bathtub - a nice touch in any hotel room. The bed was big and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was spacious, adding to the overall comfort. One downside was the slight noise you can hear from the floor, but it wasn't a major issue. Room service is provided every day. Overall, this is a solid hotel option for both business and leisure travel.
