This is a very impressive place. The rooms are spacious, but they are not adequately heated or cooled.

The check in/check out was super easy no problems at all staff was friendly it was very quiet. Suite, we rented was very nice two rooms bathroom was stocked and clean. My only complaint would be that they need more options for breakfast they still needed about 1hr, and half left for breakfast & they didn't restock what was out, so you only really had cereals and waffles because they ran out of bread, and i could assume would be bagels or biscuits cause all the 3 compar**ents were empty only 2 muffins. Other than that, not bad just plan to eat breakfast elsewhere or at 6am to be able to get a chance to get breakfast before it's out.

Main lobby was cold. Employees had their winter coats on. Room was not clean and in need of maintenance and repairs. The south wing of the buildings entrance doors we proped opened. This was in the middle of the night with night time temperatures of 0 degrees. Not safe to stay here.

They are remodeling so it might be better when they finish. My suite was okay I would have liked for all the rooms to have heat in them. I just had it in the bedroom area. The bathroom and side sofa room were very cold. Breakfast was not the best. Need more choices to make it better.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful , the lady that was there the next morning , horrible personality and she was asleep on the floor snoring , who does that in a business. I will never stay there again .

I didn’t feel like I was trusted here because of the way they restricted me with their guidelines they go by. I like to stay where I feel comfortable and can have some accommodations like I do at home.

Great room for the cost. They are updating and location is easy to find. Need to assure quality control on remodeling. Lots of short cuts on the remodeling crew. Towel racks not secure, fell off, closets not finished, no shelf, no door on linen closet, heater only in one room, cold in the other room, bed spread had a cigarette burn

There were roaches in the room, door didn’t lock all the way. No staff availability ever. It was horrible

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with easy on/off I-55. Good price. This is a basic hotel: if you’re looking for lots of frills, this place is not for you. We required a place to spend the night with decent Internet access. It fit the bill. They are in the middle of a remodel, so it’s not ‘perfect’. Clean enough. Quiet enough. I wouldn’t spend a week, but it is good for a couple nights. They do offer breakfast, but don’t get excited unless you love carbs: Bread, muffins, waffles, cereal, oa**eal, apples and a couple yogurts. Not a deal breaker for us, but for some it might be. We’ve stayed here before and it suits our purposes. Bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s rest. Bathroom was fine, though the drain was a bit slow. TVs are very old, but, really, so what?! If your requirements are simple, this should be fine.
