ザ クレイジー ウォーター ホテル(The Crazy Water Hotel)

This hotel is aged but beautiful. The restaurant inside had wonderful customer service but the food wasn’t all that good. The coffee shop has great coffee and you have to try the water. We took a bottle of level 3 water home and enjoyed it.

A beautiful newly remodeled historic hotel that has a great feel from the moment you walk in the door. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room and a large bedroom. We enjoyed a fun evening at the New Years Eve party in the upstairs ballroom that overlooks the town. Before the evening, we shopped in the stores and had a beer at Rickhouse brewery all located on the first floor of the hotel.

Beautiful upscale hotel in the downtown area with walking to many choices for shopping, dining, and nightlife. I highly recommend The Crazy Water Hotel for any type of visit to Mineral Wells.

Nice clean hotel, very clean and historical. Good bar with own brewery and restaurant. Only downside, after hours they do not sell water only sodas, there are no stores or vending machines.

Very cool historic hotel with newly renovated rooms! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze! Parking was the only issue that we had. During our stay was the Merry Wells event and the parade downtown so the parking around the hotel was limited. This is probably not an issue on regular weekends though.

The hotel was great! However should include something (like continental breakfast, room service maybe?) for breakfast and better options/instructions for tv watching

Remarkable restoration of the building. Lovely lobby. Several very nice shops in the lobby area.

First of all, I was told by the hotel several weeks in advance to call the hotel directly the day of my stay to get early checkin or request sofa sleeper. When I called I was promised a 2:30 checkin but when I got there, they said my room wasn’t ready. When someone promises me something I expect them to deliver as promised. I had to wait until almost 5:00 to checkin so very disappointed but the overall stay was ok. The hotel was stocked with bare essentials but since we stayed overnight for 1 night wasn’t a huge problem.

The room was nice and clean, our room faced the main Street which made it very loud at night. You can hear cars and motorcycles throughout the night. The TVs had trouble connecting most of the time.
