The room is a good size and incredibly comfortable! It boasts an exceptional location near parks, and within just 8 minutes, you can reach the center of Miraflores. Enjoy a fresh breakfast with a variety of options available (please remember to pre-order the day before). The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is kept impeccably clean and spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable double bed!

Excellent little hotel just outside the heart of Miraflores. Good sized rooms personal service. Good breakfast. Super clean. Lots of hot water! Great location walking distance to many great restaurants. Only a few blocks to Lacomar. Quiet and convenient

We did not feel the hotel had adequate staff, services, or security for us to stay in the hotel, so we ultimately did not stay at this hotel. We arrived and the reception did not understand proper check in protocol and had limited understanding of the hotel, especially with regards to not knowing our key code to our room door and the appropriate key to the front door. After this, reception told us we had the entire place to ourselves (indeed, nobody else had booked there). Wondering what we should do if there would be a problem getting in given lack of knowledge of the locks/keys and the front gate not locking, reception passed us on to another staff we had never met before via WhatsApp. Reception left while we went to eat, and when we returned there was nobody in the hotel. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the hotel so we switched hotels. The hotel may have previously been a fully functioning hotel but now it seems the management is limited / nonexistent. I would highly caution against staying here unless big changes are made.

Perfect hotel for spending a few days in Lima. Great location, very close to the ocean and also the centre of Miraflores and also the Airport Express bus. They were helpful in recommending tour guides and airport transfers. Simple but very nice breakfast includes. Spacious rooms and nice courtyard. Room was musty on arrival but the air conditioning sorted this out. Would definitely stay again

I recently stayed at The Lot Boutique in the Miraflores area of Lima, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe and nice area, just a 10-minute walk from the seashore. The room was big, clean, and well-appointed, with air conditioning and a smart TV. The freshly cooked breakfast was a nice touch. Although most of the staff do not speak English, communication was not an issue as we could use google translate. The staffs were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when Cusco Airport was closed, and we needed to call for ticket refunds. I highly recommend The Lot Boutique to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lima.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Walk to everything in Miraflores. Staff so friendly and helpful for anything you need, they helped us with transfers and restaurant bookings and recommendations. We booked again for when we return to Lima at the end of our trip

Stay here. Great design, super cool spot felt like I lived in Miraflores for a few days.
