By arrival, we where a bit confusing because small location, only 12 rooms, no breakfest buffet, only a la carte one, but the manager and the wh9le team changed our opinion. Very big rooms, very clean, big pool( no salt water as in description), located on ocean side, but no chance to swim in ocean, because of huge waves and high water. A place for the one want to have silence.

My wife and I had a family holiday with our son and daughter aged 22 and 20 years in Mirissa and we choose this venue to take up two rooms at one of the Beach Villas. It was a wonderful setting right from the early evening that we arrived. A very spacious and tastefully furnished common area. A nice patio setting for yoga with Beach chairs and decks overlooking a pristine private beach. Given the season, we were lucky to have the Beach Villa hotel mostly to ourselves apart from a couple of guests. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and walked on the private beach the next morning. The staff went out of the way to cater to our vegetarian food requirements. The location of the beach villas made it easy for us to visit Mirissa Public Beach, Coconut Tree Hill and a few other tourists spots in the area. The rooms were wonderfully furnished with fully equipped spacious bathrooms. One got a feeling of luxury stay throughout. We also tried the massage service at the Spa of the property. And a therapist externally visited to provide the massage service. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing stay that was fully to our expectations.

We booked in here after checking out of a very disappointing resort just down the road. From the time we arrived we were greeted with warmth and beautiful smiles. The facilities are first class with an amazing pool overlooking the ocean. The food was delicious and the service brilliant. The staff here are exceptional in every way and mage our stay even more enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend this property. It’s worth every cent you pay.

The manager Kenny was really easy to deal with and welcomed us warmly! The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved that we could choose where we wanted to eat, and the food was delicious and as ordered. The pool is clean and spacious. Although the beach is rough, it was great to listen to and we walked up and down daily. The villas are away from the hustle of the main road and the busy Mirissa beach world.

Restaurant food was yummy. We had rice and curry, lamprais and garlic butter prawn with green vegetables with rice. Excellent service from staff. Beautiful and calm ocean front location. Would love to come back and stay. Special thanks to ***an. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place - a piece of art. Could not have been happier in this hotel. Great service. Hotel is in front of a quiet beach perfect to walk alone during the day or during the sunset. The staff is very kind and try to help you in every possible manner. Great food and pool.

We had a fabulous time, The manager Shelad and his team were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do more for us. The food was delicious, we had lunch several times and breakfast . The villas and gardens were immaculate , and the pool was spotless and also huge! A huge recommendation 👍🏻

This place was amazing! We stayed here for only 2 nights, but would definitely recommend staying longer. Great food and cocktails!! The Pool and the beach were incredible! I would definitely recommend staying here! The staff was very very welcoming and courteous! The rooms are big with big bathrooms too!
