We had a great stay while spending a few days in Modena and Maranello. Very efficient communication and the building was clean and quaint and centrally located! Very nice staff. We had a room on the 2nd floor with nice light/view of the street and a nice bathroom and comfortable bed with ample closet space and necessary amenities.

Was told by the site the room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the 3rd floor. tv remote needed batteries. Couch bed was damp when we arrived. No english tv stations.

As one who likes to go to 4 and 5-star hotels with services, this was a great alternative!

The apartment was conveniently located with ample free parking and a few minute walk to the city center. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC very strong. Our host was very accommodating and it was a great value.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a more residential area, so it is quiet, but in walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Good size room with AC and a large amount of closet space; however, we got a room with a balcony, which I would not recommend paying for. The balcony was very small, the furniture was not comfortable or well-cared for, and the view was in to other's backyards. There is not an elevator/ lift, so if stairs are a concern I would request a ground floor. Additionally, the front desk is only staffed in the mornings for a few hours; however, they were very responsive via What's App and helped us get a cab to the train station.

Staff made it easy, everything was smooth and the room was great.

Best Location and hotel during my trip. THe room super beautiful, Cozy and excellent location to visit Modena. In the morning the lady in the reception was super friendly. If I came back to Modena, for sure I will come back again.

This listing was very misleading as I thought I was booking a hotel. No one greeted us, in fact there was no one working at all. Not only was it self check in with a lock box, but we received a parking pass that included a warning on how unsafe the theft was in the area, we didn’t feel safe parking there. The room was up on the fifth floor with no elevator and so many flights of stairs. The room was decent but didn’t look entirely like the pictures, it felt more like a dorm room. We were so disappointed that we immediately left and had to find another hotel in the area to stay at after we had already paid in full for the night through *******. What a disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know.
