ラファエロ レジデンス(Raffaello Residence)

Very local , clean , beautiful rooms ! For a truly local experience and extremely reasonable rates this was worth it . Rinaldo helped me set up guided tours and even get in touch with family I’ve never met . Josephine made me coffee every day and made sure everything was taken care of. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and like I was in family !

After many visits to Sassoferrato over many years, we stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago. Relatives who live in Sassoferrato made arrangements for us, so we were greeted warmly upon our arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We stayed in one of the apartments, on the third floor. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an inconvenience but the proprietor, Rinaldo, helped us with our bags. The apartment was quite spacious and fully furnished (including a washer and dishwasher) and, of course, had a kitchen with a full-sized fridge. This was important to us as we were going to stay a few days and would be buying some groceries. The residence is well situated. I would certainly recommend a car for exploring Le Marche and adjacent Umbria (we easily day-tripped to Assisi) and convenient, safe street parking was available literally at our doorstep. Still we could walk to the center of Sassoferrato. The inclusive, Italian [cold] breakfast was adequate. Maura, Rinaldo’s wife, served us and was very attentive to our needs and friendly. Between our elementary Italian and her English (her son lives in the US) we were able to communicate just fine. And Rinaldo spoke English as well. The challenge we had, being it was November, was that the weather was just on the cusp of Fall - warm days but cold nights. And so heat was not turned on yet. We couldn’t figure it out how to turn it on and slept a bit uncomfortably in our clothes for the first two nights. We called Rinaldo the next day and he was about an hour away but came immediately with a technician to fix it and all was well. Overall, we had a great experience at the Raffaello, thanks especially to the hospitality of Rinaldo and Maura.

My family and I (2 kids) stayed at this location in June 2022. The town is a beautiful little town in Le Marche Italy. The residence we stayed in was very large, top floor and it had a full kitchen. This is an excellent location to visit Le Marche and also not far from Assisi, Umbria. It is on a very quiet street. It also has 2 AC units which is a rarity in many places in Italy. In addition, we did not neeed the AC as the weather was beautiful as there is lots of greenery around. About an hour drive from Senigalia (the beach area too). Would come here again for sure.

Un piccolo residence alle porte di Sassoferrato gestito dalla dolcissima Giuseppina. Una accoglienza calorosa, come le due colazioni che abbiamo fatto. Super le brioches e la sua accoglienza. Una camera enorme pulitissima ci ha ospitato.

Bellissima residenza in una villa antica. Ordine e pulizia la fanno da padrone. Posto tranquillo, facilità di parcheggio ottimo wi-fi. Bella la città. Per completare il tutto Maura e Rinaldo due persone stupende e gentili e cordialissime

Ospiti gentilissimi e cordiali. Abbiamo ricevuto tutta l’assistenza e le info necessarie per visitare la bellissima zona di Sassoferrato e dintorni. Posto ideale per escursioni nella vicina Umbria e per le belle grotte di Frasassi, vicinissime.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per tutte le domande e richieste. La camera era molto grande, pulita e calda. Non si poteva fumare in camera, dalla reception però si poteva uscire fuori dove c'erano le poltrone e i tavolini. Ci ritorneremo

Esperienza ottima! Con un gruppo di 22 amici (dai 20 ai 25 anni) abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il capodanno in questo residence. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Le camere sono grandi e i letti ancora di più, sembra di stare in una villa Molte delle camere hanno il bagno privato, altre invece lo hanno in comune ma comunque si tratta di spazi molto grandi. Il Sig. Rinaldo è stato sin dal primo momento gentile e disponibile; oltre ad introdurci nel contesto marchigiano e a consigliarci luoghi da visitare e ristoranti in cui sostare ci è sempre venuto incontro fornendoci tutte le informazioni e tutto l'aiuto necessario. Ci è stata concessa la possibilità di usufruire di alcuni spazi in esclusiva anche se di fatto nella struttura c'eravamo solo noi. La sala da pranzo è bene fornita a livello di servizi e per la sera del 31 la abbiamo adibita a "sala da ballo" usufruendo delle luci e casse audio già presenti. La sala con il tavolo da biliardo è stata la ciliegina sulla torta e ci ha fatto passare tantissimo tempi assieme. Consiglio vivamente a gruppi di ragazzi abituati a stare in case autogestite e anche a gruppi di persone che desiderano visitare i luoghi circostanti. Anche il prezzo è stato ottimo, insomma una vacanza da rifare sicuramente in un prossimo futuro.

Bellissima esperienza durante la permanenza in questo luogo sin dal primo incontro con la signora: gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile. La camera, pulita e silenziosa, calorosa come fosse casa mia, in un posto incantevole dove potrai fare un salto in un recente passato. Non posso dire altro che, CI RITORNEREI VOLENTIERI. Mi viene anche da aggiungere: grazie mille! ☺️❤️
