The overall experience was great and the food was awesome with great Staff. Saurabh, Vikas and Akash were kind and helpful at food service. Ranjit and Harbans were respectful and kind at the main gate, their smiling faces with folded hands made my stay even more pleasant.

This hotel has class and luxury wrapped in 1. I have to point out that the acts of assistance were totally worth noting and appreciating as the staff go above and beyond, I called reception early morning 5am and staff were so kindly there to assist with my needs of scrambled eggs , a baby highchair, and a universal plug, Because of that, I will always hold a dear value of Radisson to my heart. It was too cold for swimming but the pool and entire hotel has a very beautiful and charming atmoshpere. We loved the exotic fruits also .

I stayed at Radisson red yesterday (24may) I ordered Thai curry and jasmine rice in the room and the hygiene was so bad I spotted hair in it before eating. Everything was good in the hotel but the food hygiene was not up to the mark. Rooms were good. It was not expected from Radisson as it’s a luxury chain of hotels . This is the hygiene they serve.

Abhishek,akhil and Pooja have been thorough with their duty and I am very pleased with their work. Definitely I would love to come back for their hospitality..great place and good people and great location in tricity I really like the atmosphere of the hotel thanku soo much guys

Only two years old, this hotel is really modern and contemporary feel. We checked in online however went through the entire process again, correcting incorrect details on the form. Felt as if the online check in process was a waste of time (and data usage!). We’d had a long journey so freshened up before dinner. The toilet seat was very loose (I nearly slid off!) so room maintenance needs a review. We went down to the restaurant and were asked to use our phones to read the menu. Both phones were being charged and no printed menus were available so S***bh shared the menu verbally. We had no idea about costs so it would have been great for some menus to be available - felt odd not to have any menus - misguided money saving exercise perhaps? The food server Rakesh and Chef Jagat did a great job - was a nice touch to be met by the chef after to check how the dinner was. Sleep was amazing, the windows were so thick that you can’t hear anything from outside. Breakfast wasn’t included so can’t comment on that. Overall a lovely stay, really nice hotel and will return.

The stay was comfortable, I felt relaxed and taken care well, staff was hospitable and courteous. Would love to stay again. Breakfast spread was nice, had ***y varieties, so I relished it.

Pillow was nice everything was wonderfully room was well cleaned . Really appreciate the efforts of Akhil and Rajni they always make sure everything is comfortable. During my stay really enjoyed my stay here thanks and will come back soon ...
