Reception Very warm Reception at the entrance by the security and a good care for the property at the parking .The ground floor Receptionist are welcoming ready to give directions to the the destinations... The conference room Well furnished with good air conditioner The kitchen services The waiters are so welcoming with a nice smile and ready to serve the guests..Making the dinning so memorable and satisfying..Best Toilets always clean and maintained..

I had a warm reception Food was the best The staff was amazing, looked presentable, soo friendly and their service was wonderful In a nut shell hotel sapphire is the best hotel have ever been. I'll gladly recommend my friends and families to hotel sapphire

The food was delicious and hospitality was top notch,good staff,nice washrooms and the buffet was awesome at all times when visiting the Sapphire hotel. The staff were welcoming everyday we bump at each other and they smile all the time to make us happy.

The hotel is nice starting from the food and services its excellent . I love how waiter's are dedicated to the work very committed. Concerning conference the hall is great but you should improve in books that are used in my review I give it 5 star ( great experience)

The event was well organized, the event hosts (both Novartis and Sapphire) had planned well, conference room was well lit and hygienic with pretty tables and beautiful runners and paintings, food was delicious and of good variety, restaurant is beautiful ❤️

Had alot of fun in a convenient awesome ambient place. My favourite point has been their rooftop bar with the best mixologist. The Services are of a five star restaurant. The sunset views are on top notch. The best place to spend your night in Mombasa CBD. Available is a 24hr swimming pool at their rooftop.

Well I have been to different hotels but this the first time I was escorted by a while chair due to the leg injury I had thanks to Whitney from the reception and there after Robert who went further to serve me and made my experience better.

Few minutes from Naivas, close to road. Variety of food. Charming environment. Their hospitality is great and friendly staff. Their accommodation rates are fairly affordable. Fair food prices. large meeting halls at a fair fee. A must visit place
